ABOUT:
This end-unit condo is located on the second and top floor of a three story building overlooking a quiet courtyard with fountains and palm trees. Stylish, comfy, and convenient condo in the heart of Scottsdale right next to a golf course! The vaulted ceilings make the condo feel even more spacious. The sunset-facing patio balcony overlooks a beautiful central green space with a fountain and palm trees.

LIVING ROOM: The living room features a soft, modular couch that is deep enough to sleep an additional person. Have a glass of wine seated at comfortable cushioned patio chairs overlooking a courtyard and palm trees and that gorgeous sunset.

KITCHEN: The prior owner was a professional chef. The dishwasher, oven, and stove are top quality. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and serve 4 guests. There is a Keruig, a standard coffee machine with coffee filters, toaster, blender, baking dishes, and more.

ENTERTAINMENT: Enjoy the 42 inch, HDMI TV. The TV is attached to a DVD player. If you like, you can attach your laptop to the TV and use the TV as a large monitor. There is HIGH-SPEED INTERNET with WI-FI access throughout. The TVs have Roku and YoutubeTV streaming service.

MAIN BEDROOM: The main bedroom offers a King spring mattress. Enjoy the 39' flat-screen TV from your bed.

SECOND BEDROOM/OFFICE: The second bedroom /loft is set up to also serve as an office. There is a daybed/couch that sleeps one extra person. The mattress is a spring mattress. The loft area has its own a/c unit. There is a monitor for your use.

BATHROOM: The bathroom has a remodeled walk-in shower and a double vanity with chrome modern hardware.

ARTWORK: The original paintings adorning the walls were created by moi.

THE COMPLEX: This is a sprawling, fun complex in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The complex is charming and well maintained with lush desert landscaping. Enjoy full access to two swimming pool areas, Jacuzzi, Gym, and a yoga room. The pool is close enough for your convenience but far enough away to not hear the noise.

THE COMMUNITY: This community is comprised of mostly renters. You are most likely to encounter young professionals, a few families, some students, many 55+ vacationers in the winter months, and plenty of dogs. In the winter months, the pool is popular with visitors from the colder regions of the world.

GYM: The large fitness center features ample cardio and weightlifting equipment to choose from, a yoga room, lockers, and change rooms.

LAUNDRY: This unit features a high volume 4.5 capacity washer and dryer, cleverly hidden by a sliding barn door.

DOGS: Your hypo-allergenic furry friend is welcome so long as they are over 4 years old and under 17lbs. Your dog will love the many sidewalks, fountains and green courtyards surrounded by other friendly dogs and owners.

BBQs: There are community grills near the pool area. Your condo is also furnished with an electric countertop grill.

PARKING: Park in your own covered parking space. You can also park in one of the many uncovered parking spaces around the complex.

WALK TO: You can walk to a golf course, parks, restaurants, or walk across the street to a major grocery store. Running beside the Sunscape Villas Complex, is the Continental Golf Course, an 18 hole course with driving range and putting greens described by locals as the 'fun place to play' and can be enjoyed by all ages and skill levels. Alongside the golf course you will find 22 miles of the popular greenbelt with well-maintained trails to run or bike on. These trails lead you along to natural areas with ponds, picnic areas, dog parks and playgrounds for children all the way to Tempe town lake or North Scottsdale.

BIKE TO: Shopping and OLD TOWN Scottsdale nightlife is just down the street. You can pick up a rentable bike and bike to
MLB Spring Training facilities, some of the best restaurants in the country, lots of retail stores, museums, art galleries, a library, live music, nightclubs, salons and spas, farmer's markets and grocery stores. If you are too tired after all that to bike back, you can take a uber/lift back. Old Town Scottsdale is a foodies heaven, a drinkers dream land, a baseball fans bliss, a golfers playground, a shoppers paradise. You'll never run out of fun things to do all within a mile of the condo.

SHORT DRIVE TO: This is a fun area to stay. You will be close to all the action in Old Town Scottsdale, but far from the noise and traffic. You are also right off the highway that will get you just about anywhere in the valley within 20 minutes.
Only a short drive away, you'll find lots of mountain trails for both hiking and biking, lakes for boating and fishing, horseback riding, wineries and trails for off-roading. If you are in town for business we are located 15 minutes driving from the Camelback Corridor and 20 minutes drive from Downtown Phoenix. ASU - Tempe is a 10-minute drive away. Outdoor activities are abundant with A 20-mile+ running/biking greenbelt path stretching past the condo property—just on the other side of the Continental Golf Course. A short drive away are striking desert mountain trails for both hiking and biking suitable for all abilities, or take in the Desert Botanical Gardens, or other nature preserves and open spaces, all with breathtaking sunsets featured in the Valley of the Sun.

SCOTTSDALE ATTRACTIONS:
Scottsdale alone boasts over 50 spectacular golf courses, including the par-60 Continental public executive course adjacent to the condo property. There are multiple golf events, including the Waste Management Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale. A world-class sports destination, Scottsdale and the surrounding area invites you to experience professional and NCAA sports year-round: MLB Spring Training facilities famously hosts 14 teams at six stadium sites—SF Giants Scottsdale Stadium is less than a mile away (a 15-minute walk!); there is also regular season MLB Diamondbacks, NBA Suns, NHL Coyotes, NFL Cardinals, and a full array of NCAA Division-I sports at Arizona State (ASU)—which is just 10-minutes away, by car, in Tempe.

Our condo is located a 15-minute drive from the Camelback Corridor and a 20-minute drive from Downtown Phoenix. The McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve, with stunning desert views, is a drive east. The Talking Stick Resort, which features a casino, pool, bar, club and concert venue is less than 6 miles away; as is the TopGolf entertainment venue with high-tech driving range, lounge, and table/bar service to your group or party’s driving range bay.Casino Arizona is the nearest casino, which is less than 4 miles away. The Talking Stick Resort, which features a casino, pool, bar, club and frequent concerts is less than 6 miles away.
