Winterplace L-104 is a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath condo with Ski in-Ski out access. Walk out this first-floor unit and walk across the parking area to the top of the A/B lift. You can be on the Sunburst 6 lift before anyone else has even loaded the bottom lifts! That can mean a whole extra first tracks run for you and your family!
This unit is close to the indoor pool and the 2 hot tubs are perfect after skiing all day.
Winterplace is the first slopeside community to open in the fall and close

Stayed Jan 25, 2026Amazing vacation! We showed up on the day of a HUGE snow storm. The owner bent over backwards to help get us into the condo early before the storm hit. We hunkered down for 18 inches of fresh powder and enjoyed four days of great skiing. The accommodations were perfect! Easy walk across the parking lot to access the slopes. We enjoyed the hot tubs/pool and the stores of fire wood were easily accessible right out our front door. The kitchen was stalked with all the utensils/dishes we needed. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Okemo.

Stayed Jan 10, 2026This rental was excellent. The host was amazing at communicating with us and was so accommodating. It was clean, felt cozy and had all the kitchen things needed to cook meals after a day on the slopes. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025Ellen Wakefield was an incredibly helpful host, she could not have done more to make our stay successful. The condo was nice, accommodated everyone. There were tons of board games, three t.v.'s and really nice furniture and decor. She responded quickly to all our texts and questions, was helpful in every step of the process.

Stayed Jan 12, 2025We chose this property for our first overnight ski trip with our young children and my parents. The property was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Perfect location for ski access, and the indoor pool was just a few steps away. Ellen was extremely responsive (making check in and check out a breeze), and was even kind enough to offer us a late check out (presumably due to no incoming renters the following day). Would absolutely recommend to anyone and plan to be back!
