Great place to relax and get away from the bustle of the city.

There were 5 of us and the place was a great size for 4 adults and one child. There were lots of games and books available, a variety of cookware and small appliances. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool, its not large but gave her an outlet for her energy. She was also able to sled behind the building. The negative was we could not us the ski locker,it was locked with I assume the owners skis and being on the ground floor we couldn't keep them on the balcony, so they had to be stored in the car. The other issue was that the ensuite shower really needs a good cleaning. But we enjoyed being able to ski in at the end of the day and it is an easy walk to Laura's lift.

Generally it was a great location, however - it was rather uncomfortable sleeping since it was definitely not cleaned well (we tried to do some cleaning of our own). There was human hair all over the bed sheets and in the corners of alot of areas (ie washroom, living room). We know it was a pet friendly condo (we expected maybe just dog hair, which there was a particularly lots of black dog hair, which is more preferred than human hair!)We moved around the coffee table to make room for the sofa bed but stopped when we found food bits (even a dried broccoli!) kitchen was somewhat clean - so that was nice! just some pizza or pasta residue on the handles of the fridge and cabinet. (samples of hair that was found all over the 2 main bedrooms, trust me..it was all over the bed sheets and under the covers...aaaa)

Clean, tidy, well appointed, great location and the access etc was very smooth.

Convenient condo with a nice clean hot tub on the deck. Great small and large appliances for making meals and snacks. Comfortable beds and furniture.

We rented condo so our family could be together for Thanksgiving. We were disappointed about the trails for walking/hiking as Big White obvious caters to the winter crowd.

The location and the unit

This property was a disappointing. We have stayed in a lot of places at Big White over the years. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. I had to clean the hallway and under the furniture to be able to relax. The kitchen lacked proper utensils and cookware. The third bedroom is not a bedroom … more like a supply closet. I learned something …. You get what you pay for and this was one of the less expensive properties. We will spend more next time and be more comfortable.

Well stocked and loved the hot tub.

Nice place. Very well stocked kitchen cupboards, incredibly clean, shampoo, body wash etc in showers. Would definitely stay again
