good location, super dated and not clean. no sound proofing

This condo is very comfortable and has great ski in/ski out access. Please note it’s in a large condo building, and that ski access comes from going to the first or 3rd floor. But there is an elevator, and the units seem really well insulated for sound. Overall, it was just as comfortable as staying in a stand-alone condo building. And the location is awesome, 3rd floor puts you right on Happy Trails. Non-skiers easily can walk to village.

I got a great last minute deal on this property and would happily return every year for that price. Highlights: Plenty of space, hot tub, wonderful shower, laundry, location and layout of the building. Room for improvement: It is obvious that the owner doesn’t stay here. It could use attention and care to make it a great unit. No major items, but at least a dozen little things that an owner wouldn’t want to live with and a renter can’t be bothered to have fixed. Hot tub cover without an operator, island chairs that are too tall, fridge door that doesn’t consistently seal, several junk drawers with forgotten/disregarded items, a bar sign in the front closet etc.

Very open living area. Based on a prior comment I was concerned about the snow wall. It wasn’t that close to the window and we could look up and see the trail. Only 4 stars because the ski in/out is a bit awkward.

Lacked some essentials like aluminum foil, simple cooking oil which we assumed would be stocked from other rentals we’ve stayed. Quiet and clean. Beds comfortable.

It was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed, including a hottub which was lovely after our races.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of March while we went skiing and snowboarding. This was a great space for our family (2 adults and 1 child), although we could have easily fit another couple people into the condo. Location was excellent and it was truly ski in/ski out. Some minor imperfections in the condo (wall patches, older hot tub), but nothing that gave us any pause. Would stay again!

Conveniently located, ski in/out access, short walk to village centre, clean, and comfortable. Great way to explore all big white has to offer.

This place has a lot to recommend it. Great location, sizeable rooms (bigger than the photos make it appear), comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and quality bathrooms make it a place you can really settle into. We were missing the ski locker keys when we moved in but Vacasa quickly fixed that for us. The rain shower in the ensuite bathroom was a real plus in addition to the hot tub. Previous reviewers noted a scarcity of toilet paper, dishwasher detergent etc. This seems to have been fixed, we found ample supplies of everything - excepting only bath soap. There was hand (liquid) soap, but not a single bar of bath soap. We encountered a few small maintenance issues. The light outside next to the hot tub appears to be broken; the lightbulbs under the kitchen cabinetry were mostly blown, and the fridge door seal was very weak. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back. The location and the building was generally quiet. We found that the units are very soundproof - except when the folks in the neighboring unit were in their outdoor hot tub, when we could hear everything they were saying. Also, if you're sleeping in the living room, beware that the fridge is really loud - bring earplugs.

The property is in a perfect spot. It was super clean. I would only suggest that Vacasa is not really in touch with the Big White vibe of helping out and getting groceries etc. It was best speaking to the local property manager as he was total Big White vibe! He was absolutely amazing! Also the upper bunk could use a wood barrier so you can prevent rolling off of it in a post POW day fog! Otherwise perfect in every way!

Great set up for a family. Comfy beds, private hot tub, super clean and easy access to the Gondola ski out. In suite laundry but be sure to bring your own detergent. Would rent again!
