Everyone was very warm and friendly. I had a problem with the garbage disposal and they sent someone out the same day to fix it. Would definitely come here again

Great location and is very secure. We had a great time on the beach and exploring new restaurants. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation

I loved the place, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Pensacola and Navarre and this was by far my favorite. Very nice place and the view was amazing!! The rental company was extremely polite and so were the staff onsite. I will definitely be back !

The property was exactly what we were wanting for our family stay. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is perfect. The view was amazing. Only 2 things could have made our stay better. First, be aware that the beach chair and rental company will fill the shoreline with chairs and umbrellas early every morning. They only leave a small portion of the beach in front of the property open so it is unlikely that you will find a space if you wish to set up your own chairs. This property did not include the cost of the rentals in the reservation price so plan to spend $50/day if you rent two chairs and one umbrella. This is frustrating since you can't really use the beach in front of the unit without renting and so you'll need to walk under the pier to the other side to find open beach. Second, there were a few items missing in the kitchen that would have been convenient to have. For example, there were cooking pans but no hot pads. There was dish soap but no sponges or dish-cleaning utensils. It would have been nice to have a lighter to use for the grill and a basic set of salt and pepper shakers. The kitchen is great but you will have to purchase or bring many of these small but essential items. You should bring additional trash bags and toilet paper as well. Our family of 5 quickly ran through the small supply provided. Overall, we really enjoyed this unit and would recommend it to others. Just be aware of the above items and plan accordingly.

Had maintenance issues and was told that there was not a maintenance employee available .. one had quit and one was off for the day .. we were only going to be there 2 days and they said we would not have the issue resolved until the following day…. That was our check-out day … I can’t imagine a property of this size with 2 maintenance employees … A security guard named Steven was very helpful the night we arrived. He helped us find our unit and parking. The arrival packet did not give needed valuable info ….
