Stayed Oct 15, 2025Access to the the beach was an extremely short walk on the beautiful wooden walk between the other houses, could not ask for an easier access to the beach unless I was on the beach. Surprising bonus was the shared deck platform over looking the beach. The upper deck at the house was fantastic for eating or relaxing, as well as sitting poolside, felt like we were at a fancy resort with all the plantings and neighboring houses. The interior design and comfort of the furniture was outstanding. The beds and bedding were great for getting a restful night's sleep. The house felt spacies, even with 11 of us.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024This is a great spot for a family with small kids. Plenty of space inside the condo. The pool is right outside the door and getting to the beach is a very short walk. Can't find this combination of space and convenience in most other places.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023We have taken a vacation at NSB for many years and have rented a variety of condos, this condo/house was simply fantastic. It had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The condo is clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. I would rent again!

Stayed Aug 6, 2022Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. While not direct ocean front the walk, with beach gear, to the beach was easy. The property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. This particular unit is spacious, big table for meals, comfy beds and linens. Only negative I can think of is it doesn’t have a garbage disposal, but we managed, and we are a family that cooks. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Stayed Jun 4, 2022Close walk to the beach, quietly located not a lot of vacationer noise. Close to downtown shopping and fishing charters. Short drive to Orlando if needing a fun park day.
