The property was in a great location, nicely furnished, and clean. We were particularly impressed with the well stocked kitchen, since we like to cook!

Came in for the Coke 400 race on Saturday night and helping our son move back into the dorms at Embry Riddle. Excellent location, quiet and relaxing, would stay there again. Thanks

Check in was easy and condo looked nice but condo had several issues that we had to deal with while trying to enjoy a sisterhood reunion. Luckily we have family that live near to help with problems. First of all, the refrigerator did not work properly starting on Saturday. We tried to get ahold of someone but did not get a response until lunchtime on Sunday. I had to take all of our groceries to my family’s house. In addition we no longer had ice. When I mentioned this to the office their response was, “ we do not guarantee an ice maker”. No ice trays or even a working refrigerator until Sunday afternoon for a beach weekend?? They did bring a mini frig with no freezer or ice maker on Sunday. A lot of time was spent dealing with this instead of enjoying my weekend. The other MAJOR issue was the 2nd bathroom tub would not drain properly. That was extremely gross bathing in your own filth. That left us with 7 girls using the master bathroom. They knew this was a problem because they provided Drano. This should have been fixed prior to checkin. When I mentioned that, response was “we will send someone Monday”. That was useless as I was checking out on Monday. The condo is also poorly equipped. There are no beach chairs, no board games or cards, not even a pen! I have never rented a condo that didn’t have these things including a few beach chairs. Again I had to go to relative’s house to supplies. Thank goodness I had family near.

This is our third year in a row at Oceanwalk. We love it here! Very nice and clean!

Highly recommend staying here! The condo was bigger than expected, loved the screened in patio. There was plenty room for the 8 of us. Easy walk to the beach and the pool areas were well kept. Will definitely stay again!

Condo was clean and very nice and was located in an area that was both beautiful and safe. We enjoyed our time here very much! The pool was close and very nice as well. There were a few little challenges, the directions about what gate to use were inaccurate and there was a trick to working the lock but we were able to figure it out. When we arrived, there was no water in the unit but a quick call to the management company solved that. (Water had been shut off prior to the hurricane) Once there, everything was great! I would recommend upgrading the pillows on the beds as that was the only disappointment. The dryer door also needs a little attention as it seems a screw may be loose but it worked fine if you lifted it up a little. The building lost power the morning we were leaving but was back on in about 15 minutes. We just missed getting stuck in the elevator! I highly recommend this property and we were blessed to be able to book it for our last minute vacation!

This was a great place to stay. Great location and facilities on site. Right across from the beach. Will consider staying there again. Loved it!
