Stayed Jul 3, 2024We had a great stay here. The condo is extremely spacious and has a really good beach view! There are a few house cleaning things that definitely need to be worked on though. The air vents in the first bedroom have a ton of mold on them which is a problem for us because my son is highly allergic to mold. Also, in the beginning the communication with the property manager wasn’t good, but when it came time for us to be in the room the communication was better. Overall I would recommend this place and we would stay again if some of the house cleaning issue were taken care of.

Stayed May 24, 2024This property is bigger than the pictures show! Great views of the ocean and large rooms. This is an affordable unit and was comfortable for our family. There is a long walk to the beach, so be prepared for that or park closer within the complex and then walk over. Check in and out was very easy!

Stayed Jan 26, 2024The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with anything we might have needed for making meals. We had a nice view of the ocean. The property manager answered any concerns promptly. The balcony was nicely furnished. The grills at the pool area were top notch and we used one most every day. The nature walk was pleasant. Overall a nice vacation. It was about 4 tenths of a mile to get to the beach, being almost the farthest building from the crossover. The pool area was very crowded on nice days with no lounge chairs available. The hot tub was always busy, I never even got to try it. In the garage, kayaks were stacked on one side, but when we put our kayak there, we were notified that we had to move it. The bike racks were full of bicycles with flat tires, so we had to chain ours in an unused section of the garage, where we were informed we had to move them. Indoors, the condo could use some fresh paint. The loveseat had clear tape covering a rip. Living room furniture could use replacing. The condo was on the fifth floor, and on our first two weekends the elevator was broken all weekend.
