The spacious master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom is perfect for families, offering a queen-sized bed and a single bunk bed, along with its own en-suite bathroom.

    Views from the balcony are amazing! The condo has everything you could need. Everything was in proper working order and spotless. Exterior is very well maintained. Two great pools and never crowded - even during a busy weekend. Location is excellent - close to stores/restaurants/beaches but also quiet. Will definitely stay again.

    Spectacular views from the balcony. It is not close to the beach so walking to the beach is really not an option so a rental car is a must.

Reviewer Comments: We spent 15 nights in FT-15 (2 adults, 2 children) and would highly recommend this unit. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds were very comfortable, the furniture and decor were lovely and the view was incredible. The only downsides: pools are relatively small given the number of units in the complex; there are no barbecues on site; and the a/c units for the building are below the deck of this condo and can be a bit loud. You also need a car given that the condo is perched on the top of a large hill (that said, we walked to both Playa Flamingo and Brasilito from the condo -- you just have to be prepared for a hike uphill).
