OceanView with condo with access to Private Beach

I cannot say enough about our interactions with Tanis. She was like a personal concierge. We are especially thankful that she was able to arrange for our Covid tests with her personal doctor. She was so responsive about any little question we had whether it was about parking at area restaurants or recommendations for dining in the area. Her unit was in spotless condition. The view from the large balcony was stunning and we spent a lot of time relaxing there. There was nothing left to chance at this unit. From snorkeling equipment to beach chairs and umbrellas., it was all there. There was even a welcome package of coffee, wine, facemasks, disinfecting wipes, and bug spray. She would love for us to come back and we would be ever so happy to return. We highly recommend this property.

Everything was as advertised. Great unit, clean, well appointed. No hassles, easy communication. Tanis facilitated our COVID test and made things very easy. The beach area is small and not much is walkable but Uber is easy. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The house couldn't have suited all 8 of us better. We were truly impressed with all the amenities, towels, cookware and service items, furniture, beach items - chairs, umbrella, etc. We cooked in most of the time and only went out a few times. (Missiones de Kino - we highly recommend it if you haven't been there). We did have a couple of suggestions about a few things that the kitchen could use and communicated those to the owners. We also suggested that they have the pool and spa controls checked before the guests arrive. We spent a day without the jacuzzi and the pool filter - but the gardner sorted it out when he arrived. Tristen & Tanis were amazing hosts & their home is just beautiful, inside & out. Their generosity & kindnesses really touched me & my family. They are genuinely kind people & we are so grateful to have met them & to have had some time with them. Our time there was amazing. There’s plenty of community/shared space for relaxing together, a large kitchen for cooking meals & enjoying family time, as well as plenty of space for privacy. The outdoors was quiet, peaceful, & the pools & jacuzzi relaxing. We felt safe there, safe in the neighborhood, & everyone we met while out for walks (in the neighborhood & down by the beach) were very friendly. There’s restaurants within walking distance of the house, an Oxxo (like a quick stop) also within walking distance. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to Costco or Walmart or other grocery shopping, unless you’re renting a car. We chose to not rent a car this trip. The guards at the gate were very kind & would call us a taxi when requested (& we tipped them for helping us out). Tristen recommended that we go to San Jose del Cabo for the Thurs. night Art Walk, which we did & thoroughly enjoyed. And we also shopped for presents at the local shop, Artesano’s, up the road from Cabo Bello. We enjoyed just relaxing at the house, & we enjoyed getting out all day & then returning to the peacefulness of Casa Oasis. We used Brown’s private services for airport pick up & drop off, and they were very professional & prompt. Next time we’ll probably also have them cater a meal (& buy less food at Costco, lol). We all came with Pesos (& USD), and we were all glad we had Pesos to use, as there were many times that we got a better deal paying in Pesos. We are very grateful for everything. We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. Tristen was a great help in offering us information on local attractions and restaurants. We found his advice accurate and very helpful.

We enjoyed this beautiful home for 12 days. We enjoyed this home with our children and grandchildren . The pool and hot tub was a great hit for the entire family. We were a party of eight and there was lots of room in this 7,000 square-foot home. Tristan and Tantis waited for us to check in and go over the amenities of the home. Tristan spent additional time going over things that he thought would be of interest to our family. There was a private beach that we truly enjoyed. I definitely would rent this home again and highly recommend it to others .

Eight of us came down to Cabo for my birthday. The house is even better in person. All of the rooms were of good size, and it's nice that every room has its own bathroom. Both of the owners did so much to make our experience there one for the books. They had a welcome basket waiting for us that kick started our vacation. The pool is amazing as well. You feel like you're in your own little oasis. Would definitely recommend this house, and I'm sure we will probably be coming back real soon!

Surprised at how much bigger the home is then the pictures can show. I appreciate how open the home is with spacious kitchen and living areas opening to huge decks off each floor. It gave me and my friends a beautiful pool and jacuzzi to enjoy each other and the ability to have private space -- perfect as I was able to work remotely and have plenty of time to play. The highlight was a boat trip Tristen arranged at an amazing price. For the first time in ten years I was able to enjoy swimming in the clearest water I have ever seen. We will definitely be back more often! Love to be able to post my photo's to share with friends. Rhetah K

We had a wonderful time here during our week long stay. There were 4 couples and the home was plenty big enough for all of us. The owners, Tristen and Tanis, were very helpful from the time we booked the home up through the time we checked out and everything in between. They met us at the home when we arrived our first day and showed us around and were very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and things to do while in Cabo. The home was very clean and well taken care of. It is in a very secure neighborhood that is just a few minutes drive from downtown Cabo and the marina. The private beach is a quick 7-10 minute walk from the home. It was nice to be able to shop for groceries and have plenty of space in the kitchen to store all the food in the fridge, freezer and cupboards. The hot tub and pool were also very clean and absolutely beautiful. I really only have two complaints and thus the 4 star rating instead of 5. One was that the bedroom on the main level next to the kitchen (the one with the fold down bed) does not have a door! There was a little removable divider that could be put up for some privacy. It was a little annoying that the description of the home gave no mention of this and so we assumed that all the bedrooms would be normal closed off bedrooms, yet this one wasn't. The second complaint I had was the smell that came into the master bathroom/bedroom as well as into the two bedrooms downstairs. It was a pretty strong sewer odor that seemed to come from the drains in the showers. We reported this to Tristen and he was wonderful to come over within minutes of us telling him about it to investigate the smell. He ended up putting Clorox down the drains and covering them with towels, which helped for a couple days, but then the smell returned. It wasn't so bad that it made it intolerable to stay there by any means, but it was rather annoying to have such a nice home and then walk into the master bedroom and smell that sewage smell. Overall, it was a great experience. We had a wonderful time together and enjoyed the time at the home!
