For guests who enjoy exploring the Island on the miles of paved bike paths, The Beach Club offers bicycle rentals on site. Access from both Ocean Boulevard and the beach boardwalk is gated.     Here is a list of things that need immediate attention. 1. The furniture was outdated and dirty. One of the chairs has scratched gouges in the floor. 2. The unit has not been painted in several years. 3. Two of the bi fold doors brackets were broken and would not stay in the tracks. 4. The curtains were dirty, and missing hooks. The curtains could not be closed all the way. 5. Window blinds were rusted. 6. The shelf in the freezer was covered in rust. 7. The glass mirror over the living room curtains has come loose, my wife moved the curtains and the mirror almost fell to the floor. 8. The TV in the living room had to be turned on and off manually. 9. The master bath shower had a hand held sprayer installed incorrectly, the hose was entangled and kinked around the soap rack. We have stayed at The Beach Club previously and had a great experience, the unit was beautiful. The Beach Club is in a great location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. The pool is really nice, and there is easy access to the beach.

    Overall, great location and great amenities. The condo was nice and clean although definitely older and dated a bit. There have been some nice updates, but still obviously an older unit. Overall, the place worked well for our small family and we enjoyed the beach view and great amenities.

    They've made updates to the spare bath and kitchen which make it nicer than the pics. Both of the beds are rather firm, so FYI.

    The property was beautiful, condo was nice. But as much as we paid, I did not like that the pools closed at 9 and the hot tub bubbles cut off at 7 or 7:30 and that you had to get a pool bracelet every day. Parking was not easy either.

    Loved the place & great beach access but a bit of a walk to the beach could mpared to other beaches so a cart would be helpful to bring. Enjoyed & would return

    The parking garages are barely tall enough to get a regular size suv in and the parking spaces are so small you can’t get a suv in the area if someone else is already parked. The clearance coming into canopy at front office and garages is 6’3. We had to park my husband diesel truck and my Tahoe outside the gate by the security guard building to even have room to park!
