Oceanview Sunset Beach, Paddle Boards, Cooler, Chairs, Umbrella, Comfy Beds etc!

Very, very close to a beautiful and clean beach. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. Supplies and beach stuff was thoughtfully provided (except for the broken beach umbrella, which I believe was probably replaced quickly). I want to go back!!!

This was the perfect property for our Mother-Daughter getaway! Beach access, beach amenities (boogie boards, paddle boards, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler) and ocean view from the unit helped amplify our enjoyment of this beautiful area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. And the beds were supremely comfortable!

Host was kind and everything was as described. For parking you are looking for the letter A on the yellow parking bumps and not a big sign.

We had an enjoyable stay. Love the access to the beach and the walking to the eateries and shops was enjoyable. Quiet enjoy able quick getaway.

Clean, beautiful view, provided just what we needed!

The location of this condo cannot be beat, directly across from Sunset Beach. It's important to realize that because of the storm and flooding last year there is on-going rebuilding and construction all around this property, even the ground floor of the building is under renovation. But the beach is better than ever now that the beach restoration project is done at this end of Sunset Beach.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Condo was clean and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. Beautiful beach front view. Watched the sunset from the 2nd floor balcony every night and dolphins play during the day. Water was a nice blue color. Felt very safe. Thank you.

Great location right across from the beach. The unit is bright, beachy and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay immensely! We will be back!

Thank you for a great escape to the beach! While the area is rebuilding after hurricane Helene, the condo was an oasis! Plenty of beach gear, great view of the beach, bed was comfortable, condo was clean, what more could you ask for!? Looking forward to returning and seeing the rebuilding progress in the neighborhood. This was our second stay at this lovely condo, which has become our very favorite getaway spot. The location is an absolute gem, being directly across the street from the beach and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood toward the end of the key. We appreciate the condo being dog-friendly so that we can bring our pup, and the condo itself is so clean and comfortable with pretty coastal decor (I love the dolphin greeting you at the entrance and the Treasure Island themed bathroom, so fun!) We could have easily sat on the balcony all week just watching the ocean for manatees and dolphins. We can’t wait for our next stay, and thank you for another perfect trip!!

My daughter and I stayed for a week here! The condo was very clean and ready for us! The view was breathtaking! Neighbors that live behind the condo was absolutely amazing and very helpful to us. We showed up a day early and they allowed us to park so we didn't have to pay! Everytime we saw them, they was very friendly asked how our day was and gave us suggestions on what and where to eat and do! We were close enough to Venice Beach we drove and found shark teeth! Location is amazing if you are looking for a piece full-time! We loved the bathroom floor with the Treasure Island Coins. This is one of our top vacation places that we have been to. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall enjoyed our stay, loved the location for the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels could use an update, as they didn’t represent what was in the listing picture. A better detailed description of parking could have been helpful. Also the couch in the condo was very dirty and could use an upgrade. It served our purpose for a short trip.

Lovely little property on thebeach

Location and view was great! Smaller unit but was perfect for our family of 4. Great amenities included with the stay. Couple of the beach chairs are a little rusty but still worked well. Steps away from the beach. Listing was pretty accurate—To no one’s fault, a hurricane happened last fall and some damage and broken things around the whole property and some things weren’t available but not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again!

Eric's place was the perfect unit for our needs. It was clean and well equipped. Communication was easy and Eric replied within a reasonable time. We would gladly stay here again.

Great, albeit small, place to stay for the beach. If spending lots of time inside, it's a bit tight for multiple adults (and with pets), but overall its a nice stay. The apartment is starting to show its age a bit (slow draining bathroom sink, broken front door threshold, etc.) but nothing that would deter from the location and quiet of the place. Lots of beach amenities available like wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc. Fast internet and lots of TV apps for streaming. Kitchen is well-equipped as well. Highly recommend this place.

The condo had everything we needed except for a blender and it was in a perfect location. Very clean. Would definitely come back.

What a wonderful time we had, thank you Eric for letting us share your condo! We did more the 5 days here than we did going to a resort in St. Pete Beach. Our cats enjoyed their stay too. Loved that the beach is right across the street, who needs a pool!?! We will definitely be coming back. The Reid's
