Close to the beach! We could see the beach from the balcony. The condo was well equipped with beach and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the outdoor barbecue grill. We had plenty of room in the condo. The beach was family friendly and clean.

I like that it has breakfast included, swimming pool and hot tub. Our suite has enough room us and it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of dining options and close to beautiful beaches! What we didn't like was the breakfast was almost the same everyday... but no big deal! We will stay here again if in area!

Our room was mostly clean, but very very dated. The heater knobs barely worked, we had to use a screwdriver to turn it on. Bathrooms didnt have a fan, so showers made the walls very wet. The windows looked original to the building, which was very very old, so all outside noise was extra loud and disruptive. Parking was underneath the building, you entered through locked gates, so not very convenient to come and go. The flower beds are kept up nice. It was a very expensive stay considering what the room looked like, needs some serious updating.

First of all the location was outstanding and the price was right. There are some improvements that should be made without too much expense. Such as, the master room door doesn’t lock. There were lots of ants in the unit. Hard to tell if that was a unit thing or a complex thing. The furniture is really dated. It seems like for a small investment the unit could be modernized and be very appealing. All the beach equipment was the cheapest of everything. I noticed other units had more quality boogie boards maybe a beach umbrella and things like that.

The property grounds were beautiful and well kept. The property was SUPER close to the beach just as advertised. The pool and hot tub were clean with good temperatures. The unit itself was nice with everything we needed. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children (who LOVED the bunk beds!). The property manager, Michelle, was very helpful and reached out to us before and during our stay. We had a great time and definitely hope to stay here again!

This property work great for our family. It was very close to the beach, had multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, large family Room with a fully stocked kitchen. We liked the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which work well with our multiple kids. The landscaping was beautiful. The temperature was not bad at Oceanside in June, however this property would be very warm in August without AC.

The unit was nice but lacked ceiling fans making it very warm during the day. Also very noisy as unit is on the street side. Loud cars and construction noises making it difficult for napping baby. Very noisy st night with cars and music until after midnight. Also on tuesday on checkout elevators were not working and we had to carry all our stuff down 2 flights of stairs. The elevators should not have been off until after 10 am check out time. Very unhappy about that. I have stayed at north coast village several times and this was by far my worst experience.

This was a great location for proximity to the beach. The condo has its own chairs, toys, and towels, so we didn't need to bring anything extra. We also spent two days at nearby theme park, which was a short, direct drive. Very simple check-in and out and a clean, nice HOA.

We loved the unit and the view. Everything was great except for just a couple things. We were only given 4 bath towels for 6 people. And it would be a plus if there were a few cooking items kept on site, like salt and pepper and cooking spray oil. I’ve been to some units before that had those things and it was very helpful not to have to bring everything to cook there. Also the tall skinny fans didn’t work well, but thankfully there were the heavier duty round ones. We loved having the beach wagon and chairs. Would stay again.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and view of the beach from the condo the condo was well maintained and had all the necessities. The only thing that would have made it better is ceiling fans in the condo and sufficient fans since there is no AC in the unit. Other than that everything was great. Oh 1 last thing, check out time is way too early… should be at least 11:00 am. Thanks :)

The condo is dated, as was furniture, lighting was minimal in bedrooms (no overhead lighting) and no plugs where lamps were. We had issues that were addressed promptly. The grounds were beautiful & well maintained and the location was 5 min walk from ocean - which was beautiful. So nice to wake up & take walks on beach, watch surfers from pier & walk to grab coffee or beakfast. Small, cute town with some decent restaurant options.Having beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. was a great bonus.

This is the second time staying at this property in this particular unit. My best friend and his son stayed with me both times and we just love the location, accommodations, proximity to everything, etc. The host are very commutative and the unit has everything you could want and more! The closet is full of towels, Beach stuff, extra fans if necessary, etc. This will be our getaway anytime we're in California in this particular unit! Highly recommend!

My recent experience at North Coast Village left much to be desired. From unannounced maintenance visits to disruptive renovations next door, the stay was far from enjoyable. Firstly, the unannounced maintenance visit was a major violation of our privacy. While the property left a flier informing guest of an approximate time for the maintenance, the barging in the room without knocking or announcing themselves left me and my underage daughter really uncomfortable the remainder of the trip. If privacy is a desire, I recommend looking at other locations. Furthermore, the water shut-off was unacceptable. Again, the property had a flier posted in the parking garage, however we weren’t not informed until the following day after checking in at this property. The lack of basic amenities like running water should be guaranteed, and the hotel failed to provide this essential service consistently. The ongoing renovations next door added to the chaos. This trip was intended to be a vacation for relaxing but the noise made it impossible to rest during the day. Adding insult to injury, I received a parking violation for leaving my vehicle on the premise for longer than 24 hours without moving it. If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle, the second vehicle must be relocated every day which once again takes away from the hope of relaxing while staying here. Overall, my stay at North Coast Village was marred by constant disruptions and a lack of consideration for guests' comfo

I'm glad I read reviews prior to my visit. It was helpful to know that there wasn't AC, so we brought 3 fans with us. Turned out that the unit supplied 5 fans. We used them all. The location was within walking distance to many great places - the beach, the pier, the harbor, and markets. Check-in was easy, and we were able to secure a guest parking pass for the second car we had with us. There was a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach blanket, and a beach umbrella in the closet for us. That was really nice. The unit was a great home base during our week in Oceanside. As other reviews noted, there was a lot of street noise: loud cars late into the night, and trash pick-ups/construction noise early in the morning. This was especially loud in the bedroom w/ the 2 queen beds. Since we had so many fans running, the outside noise was a little more tolerable. It was also helpful to know that the parking spots were really tight - especially in some of the guest parking spots. Larger vehicles would have a hard time fitting in the garage. I was really grateful to have a covered, gated place to park in though. The on-site gym was really nice, and there was a co-ed sauna just outside the gym restrooms, plus a female-only sauna in the women's restroom. I reached out to the host a couple times during our stay and they responded quickly - even after business hours. It was clear that they were there to take care of us. I'd stay there again, and will recommend it to others.
