Oceanview, Punta Mita condo, Housekeeping/Cook service

Our concierge and housekeeper made a beautiful vacation spot into an incredible experience. The unit was beautifully appointed and decorated. We enjoyed dining and visiting on the large patio. Just a perfect unit!

We have stayed in this area and complex before, beautiful views, clean and comfortable accommodations, great food. Only frustration is getting reservations for Tennis and Pickleball ahead of time is very challenging and always too much food left over even though we try to mitigate it ahead of time. Great vacation!!

We found the property exactly as depicted! It was sparkling clean and the accommodations were very comfortable! Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves and the beach club was also not crowded. The bar at the Hacienda Beach Club makes excellent drinks - at good prices too! The location is ideal for those who want to explore a little outside the PM gates. It's VERY close to the little village. We enjoyed dinners at Mina, Rustica, Zacadero, and AJ's BBQ. You will NOT be disappointed at any of these locations -- excellent food with an ocean view. Also the prices were very reasonable. Oh -- and the Churro's place is really incredible. Rafael was our concierge representative and he was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Alma, the housekeeper/cook, was a delight and her food was delicious. She even cooked some of the fish we caught! It was exactly what we expected and hoped for -- I highly recommend! *There is great surfing right outside the condo, but the beach is a little rocky. Be careful bc my son stepped on a sea urchin and it was an unwanted ordeal. Also - just fyi - in planning your days please know that the Pacifico Beach club is currently closed, the Bahia Beach Club (which is technically open) was not staffed. El Surf and Sea Breeze have a minimum of $85/person minimum ($45 for kids). The clubs are all really nice, but at Surf and Sea Breeze - you should expect to stay for a few hours and not just drop in and out for a drink.

Our stay at the Hacienda Mita 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo in Punta Mita, Mexico, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the Bay that the property offered. The sight of whales from our boat, and even from the comfort of the condo's patio, added a magical touch to our vacation that we hadn't anticipated. The condo itself was incredibly spacious and luxurious, perfectly accommodating our group of 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 tweens, making up two families. The housekeeper's presence was a highlight, offering friendly service and preparing meals that were both delicious and convenient, allowing us more time to relax and enjoy our surroundings. The concierge service provided was top-notch, offering a plethora of options that streamlined our vacation and made everything from dining to entertainment accessible and stress-free. Their recommendations and arrangements were spot-on, catering to our group's diverse tastes and interests. Having access to a golf cart, and renting an extra one, proved to be essential for our group. It allowed us the freedom and flexibility to explore the charming town next to us, dine at various beachside restaurants, and make the most of our time without worrying about transportation. What truly set this vacation apart was the access to different beach clubs, each with its unique vibe, from a laid-back bohemian atmosphere to first-class full-service offerings.

The property is in the perfect location. So close to town an easy access to all of the other beaches. Private pools are lovely and not crowded what so ever. would highly recommend.

The property was exactly as promised with access to all beach clubs and golf courses. We had an amazing family vacation. The unit was modern and beautifully decorated. It was kept clean by daily housekeeping and the prepared meals were outstanding. This was the most effortless vacation. We will absolutely return!

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with group of six in unit #503. Pre-trip communication with Property management team was excellent and Concierge service handled extra excursions, etc. efficiently. Glad we took advantage of grocery shopping service as we enjoyed fantastic breakfasts each day as well as planned lunch/snacks prepared by housekeeper Alma. However, the communication around what was needed for our scheduled meals vs. extra ingredients was a bit confusing after multiple attempts via email to get it figured out prior to our stay. Alma herself was a sweetheart and very hard-working, keeping the unit spotless throughout our stay. Her meals were fabulous and she was also able to accommodate some food allergies in the group. SHE alone made the stay 5 star worthy! Overall we found the unit’s elevated location, overlooking the bay, very beautiful with cooler breezes making us comfortable while eating outdoors on the large patio table. The only other downside was there was construction on our pool which we didn't know until we got there, which posed a bit of a eye sore, but our Concierge let us know that we could use another nearby pool in the complex. The unit's interior, while not overly decorated, was spacious with a bright new white kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of hanging closets. This was a highly anticipated first-time trip to Punta de Mita. The features above combined with wonderful nearby beach clubs, easy walk to downtown restaurants, plus fun golf cart tours made for a perfect holiday for all! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The unit was great and the views from the patio were wonderful to enjoy. Close to town and very secure.
