Oceanview Penthouse within walking distance of great kiteboarding beaches

Penthouse 2 (PH2) at Club Cerralvo is a beautiful custom 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium with gorgeous panoramic views of the pool, mountains, and the Sea of Cortez from a private balcony.

PH2 features custom furniture and artwork throughout the condo with AC, a washing/dryer unit, private WiFi, 55 TV with firestick, and access to recently refinished pool and a seasonally-heated jacuzzi. There are two bedrooms each with queen and king beds and attached bathrooms with plenty of storagespace (some of which is locked for owner use). The living room has a couch, which is not a sleeper sofa. There is a pack-n-play and baby monitor available upon request for the little ones. There are individual split-unit air conditioners in each room as well as ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, coffee maker, and all utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Guests have plenty of space to relax and unwind before and after kiteboarding and winging. Please note that two flights of stairs are required to access the penthouse and is not wheelchair accessible. The 3rd 1/2 bathroom is locked for owner use only.

PH2 is great for families with small children as it provides access to a newly refinished saltwater pool and seasonally-heated jacuzzi, which are two of the best features at Club Cerralvo. The pool area also features plenty of lounge chairs, a covered BBQ area with table and chairs, and a playground. Please note children under the age of 10 are NOT permitted in the hot tub.  Children between the ages of 10 to 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

We also offer access to a private bodega (storage unit) near the designated gated parking spot to store bikes, kite gear etc per visitor request for an additional fee. Be sure to watch the daily sunrise from out on the deck or the living room or just lounging from the king-size bed that overlooks the ocean. Club Cerralvo is only a short distance to many kite beaches and there are lots of maintained mtn biking trails within riding distance. Inflatable SUPs and snorkeling gear are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy Tony's Pizza onsite or explore the several farmer's markets/grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance of the complex.

A professional on-site manager is readily available for any questions, named Rigo Tellez, whose office is on the right side in front of the main gate. He will give you a key and tour of the villa upon arrival.
