• This listing is for two separate units combined. South Shore 1 is ground-level; South Shore 2 requires stairs to access (located on the second floor).
• Ceiling and floor fans provided (no AC – like many coastal homes).
• Washer/Dryer in both units.
• Upstairs unit guests may need to cross the ground-level patio area to access side yard where some beach gear is stored.
• Outdoor patio is exclusive to South Shore 1; upstairs guests have their own private balcony.

• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Guest Policy: Only registered guests may stay overnight; maximum occupancy must be followed.
• Safety: Guests should supervise children and pets (if pet-friendly), especially near stairs and outdoor areas.
• Housekeeping: Excessive mess may incur additional fees.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Self check-in available after 4 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated upon request but may include a fee.
