Stayed Nov 26, 2025Well stocked kitchen cookware, knives and table settings. Kitchen and bathroom floors are new. However there was no detergent or soap of any kind. Coffee pot had mold growing in it. Sofa and recliners on the top floor are old and need replacement. Left recliner leans to the left and may tip out someone heavy. Hard wster or mold stains inside the bath tub enclosure doors and one sink.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Clean, well appointed house a very short walk from the beach with a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. We enjoyed all of the beach gear and toys in the store room. Emerald City is a very pleasant town without the traffic and over development of some coastal areas
