Oceanview Condo with Pool – Right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk!

The view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. The host was very responsive! We will book again.

Everything was great! The location and view were ideal, the condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked and Ludy was a very helpful host.

We were looking for a simple beach front condo for a long weekend before the busy Thanksgiving weekend. We picked this one! Lourdes was an amazing host, personally calling me a few days before arrival to discuss the unit and answer any questions I had.This unit is on the far side of the busy section of the boardwalk, which was great. When she says steps away, it literally is on the boardwalk. We Uber'd to Publix the first nite to get a few things to cover us for breakfasts and lunchs. We eat out dinners on the boardwalk.The unit is VERY clean. Being on the second from top floor gives you amazing views all day!! We sat out on the shared balcony. It was super quiet even with an occupied unit next door. The beach was amazing. Someone left beach chairs, so that was a bonus, we just rented an umbrella for 15. The rental place is right next to the condo.

I did not stay. I would have gotten mugged, or killed. The area was so shady. Lots of loitering people and cops chasing them away. It was frightening and host could care less

Very good location, nice apartment. Lourdes is a gracious and resourceful host. We were not lucky with the weather , rained every day, but that’s nature.Beautiful 4th of July fireworks show, just in front of our balcony.

Beautiful location and property, even nicer in person. Parking was a bit of a hassle naturally because it’s right on the beach, so it was understandable. Luckily, the owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the parking process and the process all around. Highly recommend this property, it is well maintained and the pool was amazing! Best area we have ever stayed in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Walking distance to anything beach. Free music, good food, and,not over crowded beach.

Excellent location right on the boardwalk and beach. The reserved parking was a helpful addition too.

Great condo with perfect location to all restaurants and music on the broadwalk !!!We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony! The pool was great for our 2 year old granddaughter! Lourdes met us at our arrival and also when we left!! Condo itself is a bit older but everything was functional. A/C worked great!! I would go back there in a heartbeat!!

Nice one bedroom apartment, great ocean front view. Full kitchen and bathroom. Amazing beach just steps away. Many bars and restaurants.

Beautiful view from 6th floor. Close to action. Nice pool. Could not trust elevator. It is in process of maintenance.Needs some updating and deep clean IMO.

THE PROPERTY WAS LOCATED IN THE BEST SPOT ON HOLLYWOOD BEACHWHILE WE WERE AT THE POOL MANY WALKERS STOPPED TO LOOK AT THE PROPERTY -VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Condo is in a great building.. The unit was smaller than I expected and the living space was crowded with furniture. It could have been a bit cleaner - especially the floors. Lourdes was easy to work with.

Great location and perfect access to the boardwalk and plenty of activities and restaurants steps away on the beach.Very accommodating for all our needs.We truly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean.Parking situation was a little confusing but all worked out with communication from host who was amazing! Will definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was great, place was perfect. Within walking distance for everything you need. Incredible view each morning while having coffee. Couldn't be conveniently closer to the beach. Love!!! Plan to return

We really enjoyed our stay at La Playa. The unit was nothing fancy but clean. It was all about the location for us. Beach close and all kinds of activity and places to eat on the broadwalk and very safe!

After good online communication with the host prior to booking, we decided to book the unit. Upon arrival, the process of entry and parking was confusing. The host was advised that we would be arriving late.. We only stayed 12 hours at the unit… The floors were filthy (I couldn’t walk around in bare feet because of the dirt debris & grime on the floors, there was a lack of washcloths, long hair hanging from the faucet, and the toilet seat was broken and not attached fully on one side. I began communication with the host, who seemed to be argumentative, in the morning to advise of the issues and she wanted to be reactive to an already negative situation instead of making sure the unit was in prime condition upon our late evening arrival. caution, caution, caution, if you don’t care about cleanliness and honesty, then it’s OK to book with this host… If you are honest, clean, and have integrity… Do not book with this host because she will advise VRBO that you are dishonest about the conditions of her unit.

This condo is located in a perfect spot. Very well maintained . The beach is beautiful and easy to access. Ludy is an amazing host. I will for sure be staying here for years to come.

Great time, great views and a great space. Perfectly located I’ve stayed here many time and feel safe and it’s location is on point. Being in the beach is great. The elevator was being serviced the day we left which we had to climb the stairs but it’s in the description and out of the control of the property owner. I’ll be back again soon!! Really love coming to La playa!!

I love this property! It’s my 3rd time staying and I love the views, location, cleanliness and has everything I needed. It’s safe and a quiet location but very close to all the action, most importantly directly in front of ocean/Beach!

5 star location. Great view and access to beach and restaurants. Owner was 5 star in communication.
