Very nice stay!

Great property! Very clean and comfortable. They even had beach chairs and towels you could use. Great communication with the host. We had a great stay here. Close to many local restaurants, that were great. Pool was clean,with easy access to restrooms, so you didn't have to go up to the condo. Would stay here again!

Fantastic location, quiet and clean place with plenty of room. Well stocked with beach towels, regular towels and some starter supplies. Beach chairs & toys. Great patio with an ocean view. Fridge made tons of ice (drinks!) pool was never full. Access to beach can be slightly tricky for any mobility limited folks given narrow walkway, but we managed with two littles. Washing station as you come off the beach and bathrooms by the pool. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would love to come back.

Many outlets in the condo did not work, the sliding doors were so hard to open, pool was not maintained well, much of the furniture needs to be replaced. The gray center piece by couch and the blue fold out chair are disgusting and dirty Not enough towels and wash clothes. It took quite a while for any response to an email sent. There is no hot water in the sinks of the bathrooms. Great shower pressure and water temperature. The condo was clean, just the furniture was dirty.

Great property, great location! Would rent again

This home was spotless when we arrived; it feels like home, has everything you need to enjoy a get away and is truly so comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable, starter supplies provided, air conditioning that works great and overall an excellent experience. We live close so we were able to bring beach towels with us; probably our only recommendation for future guests is to provide towels for beach use that aren’t bath towels. One of our best experiences for staycation… we will be back!!

Had a wonderful spring break in IRB! The condo was a great location for restaurants!

The condo was very clean when we arrived and the overall building was kept in very good shape and maintained regularly, particularly the pool. The host was also very responsive during our stay.

We enjoyed the balcony. Our grandson loved the pool. The beach was lovely, especially at sunset. The accommodations were just what we needed. A great getaway for us.

Although we had some difficulty in the beginning getting the check-in information from the host, it all worked out. The unit is absolutely lovely; super clean and well equipped. Balcony with ocean view was great, and Indian Rocks beach is a nice location on the gulf. We would highly recommend this beautiful 2 bedroom unit to anyone.

The location was perfect. Was able to walk to all the restaurants. Everything was clean. Had a great view of the gulf and everything you could possibly need for your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable condo in a secure well-kept building.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and well stock. We stayed here last year so we knew what to expect. The only issue was there weren’t any oven mitts. Same thing as last year
