Oceanwalk 18-505 is a charmingly coastal retreat that not only displays the grand splendor of the Atlantic, but also offers a dreamy and spacious place of refreshment. Vacation the right way and experience the pinnacle of relaxation when you and yours stay in this three bedroom, two bathroom condo.

When you step into your home away from home, you'll be delighted to discover that picture perfect homes don't solely exist in magazines! From fresh white walls to tasteful furnishings, every aspect of your beach condo whispers of a designer's touch.

As you turn into the open kitchen on your right, you'll immediately be impressed with the honey wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and marbled granite counters that together create a light, stylish aesthetic. There's no shortage of caffeine here; the kitchen provides a drip coffee maker and Keurig so that you can make both big coffee batches and individual brews. Just pour yourself a hot cup and enjoy the glorious ocean view seen through the sliding glass doors. If you can't resist cooking in such a lovely space, you'll find the counters and cabinets to be fully stocked with cooking utensils, staple appliances, and even a blender.

In the nearby dining room, gather your family around on the six white chairs that surround the driftwood style table. Not only does this round dining table provide plenty of space for hot dishes and serving ware, but it also sits in a great location near the beachy styled shelves and living room view of the blue water horizon. Four barstools line the kitchen's breakfast bar totaling seating for 10 should your friends stop over for a delish bite.

Top off the perfect evening meal with leisurely hours spent reclining in the living room. The fresh, white upholstered couches and the dazzling ocean they face establish this area as the condo's aesthetic focal point. The cozy cream rug, teal wall décor, and beachy pillows tie the room together with a stylish yet welcoming feel. Nestle between the plush couch cushions and watch a family favorite on the large, mounted flat-screen TV. If you can't decide on a movie, peruse through the drawers of the mid-century modern TV stand as it holds fun board games that will keep everyone entertained for hours.

Say goodnight to the moonlit beach one last time from the condo's private balcony. There's plenty of cushioned seating for you to sip your evening wine from a mid-century modern, L-shaped couch and coffee table flank the right side and two cushioned chairs sit on the left.

When you begin to feel drowsy you won't have to go far; your light and airy master suite awaits you just beyond its private balcony entrance. The master bedroom boasts of clean white furnishings, lovely linens on the king size bed, as well as a cozy reading nook near the ocean view window. There's no such thing as a bad morning when you wake up to soothing blue waves beyond your sliding glass door and a late morning show playing on the large flat-screen TV. Your morning only gets better as you have a beautiful master bathroom awaiting you and your primping routine. From the his-and-hers vanities to a walk-in shower to a deluxe Jacuzzi-style bathtub, you'll find you always leave this bathroom with a pampered glow.

Friends who are privileged to stay in the guest bedroom will be impressed with the bright, beachy atmosphere that speaks of a designer's eye. With a cloud-like king sized bed and a flat-screen TV, don't expect to see your friends out of this room before 10am! The second guest bedroom offers a full size bed, pull-out trundle, a flat-screen TV, and youthful pops of color making it the ideal room for kids to share. Both guest bedrooms have nearby access to the guest bathroom which provides a granite-top vanity, mirror, and standard bathtub.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a washer/dryer, wireless internet and cable TV.

Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located on the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. These well-appointed condominiums boast wide balconies, spacious master bedrooms, big guest bedrooms, a deluxe master bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and more. Every one of the buildings has shared elevated sun decks on the first-floor level and a rooftop observation deck.
