Oceanview Condo-Sunsational at Laketown Wharf 1924

Enjoyed our stay. Property amenities were great. The condo itself was not as clean as I would have liked. Minimal cooking utensils and several of the dishes were dirty. But I understand that the turn around this time of year is nuts. Hated the elevator situation. Too many people for the limited amount of elevators.

One stop shop! We parked and didn’t get back in our car for the whole 3 day vacation. Everything we needed was right there. The unit and whole complex is starting to show its age but overall a wonderful place to stay. We were here during the slower season and did not experience any of the high traffic complaints.

This place was very accommodating for our stay at PCB! The only downside were the elevators were so slow and usually overcrowded

The condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed wake up in the morning and going out to the balcony looking at the beach. We liked that there was lots of restaurants close by that we could walk to and there was a Walmart right across the street. We also liked that the beach was right across the street. We enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay. Had a small issue with a few broken bed slats. They corrected this issue the mext day and were very helpful. Room was clean and was accurately described in listing. Looking forward to staying there again.

The unit was wonderful, the host was responsive and made the process simple. However, the condo resort was HUGE and did not have enough elevators. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes for an elevator at one point. It made quite an impact on the experience starting with unloading the car when we arrived. The elevator did not work in the parking garage and the attendants at the resort seemed annoyed when I called to ask about it. Waiting with kids and a loaded beach wagon for 20 minutes just to get an elevator was a huge inconvenience throughout our stay. We had to take the wagon up nine flights of stairs once because they took so long and there was such a large crowd waiting. The pools were beautiful and the kids greatly enjoyed them. However, a resort of this size should have a lot more chairs on the deck for guests to sit. Many people were laying on towels on the concrete deck at the pools. It was not very comfortable sitting for hours on concrete while the kids played. There was plenty of open space where pool chairs could be provided. It was a diverse crowd and a very lively resort. There was alot of drinking/partying and marijuana odor in the common areas but security there did a great job at keeping things as orderly as possible while still allowing fun. May not be a good fit for all families. I otherwise greatly enjoyed the unit itself and was allowed to check in a bit early which helped me out. Great location. Great view.

This is the second time we have used Nautical Properties and they always go above and beyond for their visitors. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend them!

This spot was amazing and every bit as advertised. Loved the layout. May daughter had an amazing weekend. Enjoyed the balcony area and the amenities. Thank you for making this a great weekend. Elevator with the upgrade moved much quicker. I know this has nothing to do with the spot, but security on the property takes their job A LITTLE BIT TOO TOO SERIOUS!!!!!!THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AT TIMES!!????
