Oceanview Condo - Steps from the Beach 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Save $

I really loved the location and view from this condominium. Very nice condo patio, kitchen, stools, and overall tropical-beach feel with an easy and short walk to beach, bakeries, ferris wheel, and laguna madre. IMO: The beds in the guest room were more comfy for me than the master bed. Drawback: Water in the master bedroom shower does not drain all the way unless you push it over with your foot. Needs: 1. Updated pots/pans, 2. Instructions on how to turn on t.v.s (only figured out living room t.v on our third day, but we were active doing beach time, so it wasn't a huge problem), 3. Dowel for patio blinds. Other than that, I really liked it, and so did my two young grandchildren that did a youtube faux review with double thumbs up. I'll certainly seek this location availability in the future and have already recommended it to others.

AC was not working and it was hot and nothing was done about it .also when u shower in master bedroom shower water doesn't go down drain,drain is not where water falls.so u have to move water towards drain.Only thing was good is they did communicate but didn't take care of the AC problem.

We have booked this property before and were so happy with our stay we decided to book again. We, again, were not disappointed. Property is located right across the street from the beach access. Pictures of the rooms are very accurate . It was cozy and spacious just like before. Very clean and location is perfect to head out on foot to walk to the island shops, restaurants, jogs, etc.. Upon arrival we discovered only one issue with the back patio door not locking properly but we called it in and was reassured we wouldnt be charged for that and they'd have it fixed. This is a great property to spend your travels at and look foward to returning again ! Only suggestion I would make would be to have 2 keys that could be requested when checking in just in case members wanted to branch off separately for activities instead of having just the one key and waiting around for the other parties to return . Other than that everything was great !

Great location, good amount of room, loved the balcony. If I had to complain about something the main bed was to firm for me.

This condo is in a great location! Overall the experience was good. I wish the master bed wasn’t quite so firm (it was REALLY firm), but overall the condo was good. Our son loved the pool, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic!

I had a girls trip planned with my two oldest daughters to Padre. We drove 8.5 hours to get there. About 3 hours out I messaged the owner via the app asking for the condo number and access instructions as none had been provided. About an hour out I still had not heard from anyone so I called the number and left a message. I called several more times, including while we stood in front of the complex and still no answer. I ended up booking a hotel because I was not getting a response and we were tired and ready to crash. The owner called me, only after my husband blew up her phone. While I did receive a refund, I did not get an apology or even an empathetic tone. The owner sounded like she couldn’t care less that she had majorly dropped the ball and kicked off our girls trip in a really stressful and disappointing way. Ratings about cleanliness and accuracy of listing get only 1 star because I wouldn’t know since I never saw the property.

Wonderful place in a great location. So nice being able to have an ocean view and a quick walk to the beach! One thing that would have made it even better would have been having beach towels and a few beach chairs that we could have brought over from the condo. That would have made it even better!! Overall it was a great place to stay!!

We were very happy with the ease of check-in and everything about the location.

We originally booked this place for 4 but ended up just being me and my daughter staying at this location. We walked in to find a spacious living area and cozy bedrooms . Bathrooms were great and the master bathroom had a big spacious walk in shower I was not expecting. It was lovely . The balcony was a plus , located right across the street from the beach where u could sit outside and enjoy sunrises and listen to the ocean at night . We made use of most the amenities this place had to offer including the pool. Washer ,dryer and fridge. Great walking distance to local shops ,restaurants and gravity park . We even got to enjoy fireworks on the beach from our location and at the local restaurant down the street while we were enjoying ice cream from KIC'S ice cream who I highly recommend! Delicious!!! So if ur looking for a nice spacious place to stay this would be the spot for you. The bed was a bit to firm for me and the master shower drained a bit slow but other than that this place is great .
