Oceanview Condo Next to Cocoa Beach Pier w/ Heated Pool, BBQ Grills & Rooftop Access ☀️

What a wonderful place on Cocoa Beach! Beautiful on the ocean and cruise ships go by daily! Rocket launches and surfers! Property was very clean and Zerrick was so helpful!

Was homey feeling. Was extremely clean and bright. I have had numerous back surgeries and I loved the high tables in kitchen and on patio. They have management on site. They were quick to resolve the issue with tv. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed the small balcony and a view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were nice to have included. Pool was very nice. There is no hot tub or BBQ grulls at this property. Check in and out was very easy and the property manager emailed regularly to offer assistance if needed.

The condo was fully stocked with our every need.Towels, beach chairs and umbrella were very nice to have. The beach themed decor was nicely done and it was very comfortable. The entire property was exceptionally maintained and manicured.

It was a beautiful place to stay and I loved the deck on the top floor.

we had a wonderful stay at this condo, very clean so close to the beach .there were beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels there etc, less for us to pack driving over . We will come back for another weekend soon . the host Zareth was nice and told us about a boat race and schedule on beach that we didnt know about ., nice bonus thank you

Our family enjoyed the property! Feet away from beach, beautiful view, close to restaurants and entertainment, and very clean!

This place was perfect for my family with 3 young kids. The 2 bedroom had lots of room and was stocked to be able to cook meals. Bbq available by the pool. Heated pool with afternoon shade. Easy access to the beach. We had a great stay!

We loved everything about this condo. Very clean, loved all the kitchen necessities, dishes and cookware (I may buy some of this cookware for me!). Our balcony had a southern exposure so we enjoyed the afternoon sun and had protection from the cooler wind. Enjoyed watching a launch from the rooftop. Loved the heated pool and easy access to beach. Close to pier and Publix.

This condo is a great option if looking for beach/ocean view and everything included. Appreciated all the essentials in the condo, most others don’t have shampoo, paper towels, beach chairs etc. Host was super welcoming and easy to communicate with. Nice modern vibe at the complex, killer rooftop deck and steps to the beach. it’s a keeper.

The great things about this condo: clean, comfortable, good ocean views, overall location, quietness of the neighborhood, beach equipment provided, great view of rocket launches, roof top patio. Drawbacks: none.

This property has an amazing location. Beach just steps away or an amazing pool, you pick. We watched two rocket launches from the sky deck. Very close walk to the Coco Beach Boardwalk with bar and restaurant. We will be back!!
