Stayed Mar 22, 2025Great location, Very short walk to the beach. Check in process was easy. Ample Amount of beach, chairs, and towels, However, unit was clearly not cleaned. Well as there were stains on dressers, nightstands floors, and bathtub. Also was only given three trash bags for seven night stay.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025The property is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the location near Oleta River State Park. Lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The property manager/owner are very good at communicating the details of the property etc. prior to arriving. I would highly recommend this Vrbo.

Stayed Apr 4, 2024We stayed for four nights the property is as described and the kitchen has everything you need it was also cleaned well when we arrived. There is valet parking for one vehicle. The location is nice close to the beach. There is a $150 registration fee before you check in but it is in the information. My disappointment came when the owner wanted to charge us $75 for a shade that fell because it was installed with plastic anchors that are used to put up pictures and she said w a chair was broken the chair was wobbly and falling apart when we arrived.
