I have to admit when I open the closet and saw a box fan I was ecstatic!! It was the little things that the owners provided that made all the difference in the world. I will totally book this unit again. And Debbie in the front office is amazing!

As far as the furnishings go, It was a bit of mix match of things. There was a newer couch and 2 side chairs that matched. The kitchen pantry was a bit overstuffed making it hard to put our things in there. The a/c was great!!! But overall, we enjoyed our stay and you will too. How can you not, you’re at the beach!!

Nice, well taken care of property, entrance is on the second floor. Neat and clean landscaping. The condo looked great at first glance on arrival, however there were some cleanliness issues. I know it's difficult for cleaning staff to dedicate a lot of time to clean, but I at least expect clean sheets and bedding and it was obvious they were not changed since the last guest. Good thing there's a washer and dryer, so I washed the bedding before getting in bed. Floors weren't mopped in a while since our socks turned black right away. Many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, and there was what looked like a fur ball or maybe lint on the rug in the second bedroom. So I hope the owners can get firm with the cleaning staff because the condo is truly nice. Also, we had everything we needed to start us off such as paper towels, dish soap, detergent etc. We did buy a Swiffer to clean the floors. And remember we're in Florida so we did see some uninvited pests in the condo, and a variety of critters outside too, not a big deal to us. Overall, I recommend this condo.
