we had a fanastic time at the property everthing that was promised was delivered and some the view was great and the beach chairs and view was great. the bed was over the top and for sure i slept so great.i couldnt of asked fro a better vacation condo. ill definitely be returning here. scott was agreat a host and the attention to detail blew us away in the condo . thank you so much scott

The condo was very clean and well stocked with anything we needed for the week. Beach front view was amazing. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a game changer. Host was easy to communicate with.

What a beautiful condo. Stayed with wife, son and daughter in law. Great view, large patio, comfortable sleeping! Host answered quickly to any questions and just had an amazing time for the week! Thank you

Communication was excellent. The condo was clean and well kept. Cleaning crew paid very specific attention to details. Had everything we needed. The view was great- we saw dolphins every morning. Would stay again!

We had a beautiful view from our balcony! The balcony was large with wonderful furniture. We loved the beach service and the man on the beach took such good care of everyone. I even saw him helping and elderly woman down to her chair. The hot tub could have been warmer is the only thing I saw that needed changing. Our host was awesome and got back to us right away.

Everything was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope we'll be able to visit again!

We had a wonderfull stay at Scott's lovely condo. Everything was perfect. It's very well stocked with everything we could need and then some. Beautiful view. Communication with Scott was fast, easy and very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures do not do it justice. Our condo was fabulous. I came for the balcony- and man, it did not disappoint. Our host was beyond helpful- and we will definitely be trying to get this place again. Coming in the off season is the way to go to avoid crowds- which we do not like. The condo was beautiful and comfortable- stocked with all we needed- and it was only two miles from everything- yet far enough away so that we could be at the fabulous part of the seaside. The heated pool and hot tub were great.

Probably the best mini vacation ever! The owner, Scott was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and attentive! Very quick to respond to all communication! The condo was very clean! The cleaning lady does a very thorough job! The balcony was big and amazing! The access from the master en suite bedroom is very nice! I will definitely look to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our condo! It had everything we needed. Loved the decor!! Comfortable beds. The best part was the huge private balcony. We have never stayed anywhere that has had a balcony like that. The girls loved taking naps on the balcony. This condo was the nicest we have ever stayed in! We hope to come back!

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times. Our family loves it and it’s convenient to the beach and pool and not having to carry your beach gear across a busy road.

By far one of the best condos we have stayed in. Great location and fast elevators. Our two boys loved it! Mr. Scott was great with his communications as well.

Great spot. The balcony was nice to use in the mornings. Convenient to the spots we like (Dusty’s) and low traffic. Owner was great to communicate even when the power went out early one morning due to a storm. Sent us an update of the outage. The garage is interesting, use the mirrors situated on the walls before going up to each level. Chairs are plus if common sense prevailed in some peoples personnel setup. We were fortunate on the weather and utilized the beach every day.

enjoy our condo and stay. The only compliant I have was that we got a one of those orange parking violation because we forgot to put our parking tag on our dash.When I tried to call the guest number after 3pm it was not a working number and when When I called the management number between 9-5 no one answered and their mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. If this condo is going to issue this parking violation to the quest they need to have someone that is available to talk with on it. Other than that everything was good with our stay.

The description was exactly as we found the unit! Time has been taken into decorating to make you feel as close to home as possible. Very clean and probably our favorite condo to date! And oh the balcony! It is HUGE and we loved the comfy furniture and decor! Scott was amazing and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great time staying at this location! It was beautiful and so peaceful! It was away from the busy crowds of spring break but still close enough to enjoy the area. The view was amazing!

The super large balcony was perfect with all the cozy furniture, the beds are so comfy, kitchen was well stocked with any dish you can think of, beach toys for the kids to take out & even had beach towels! Will definitely be back next year! It was perfect for our little family!
