Stayed Dec 30, 2025Everything was very nice! Right on the beach and easy to access. Nice amenities and limited clean up. We did not have to undo the beds and we did not have to do the towels. We received the check in information a day or 2 before the trip. Free beach chairs to use. Nice for families. We did not hear noise from other groups.

Stayed Mar 13, 2021The condo was very clean. The resort is in a very private and quiet ocean front location on Sanibel Island. Be sure to get up early for the sunrise photo op.
