Stayed Aug 20, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was exceptionally clean and equipped. Furniture was really comfortable. Loved being right at beach and pool. I would suggest changing/removing entryway rug and twin bedroom rug as the ends are curled and were a constant trip hazard. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Stayed Sep 3, 2022Property was clean and in a great location. Do be aware of two things though. Your lanai is right by the sidewalk going to the pool and coming from the beach...this can be both a good and potentially bad thing. As you are on the first floor, your view of the beach and gulf is extremely limited.

Stayed Dec 22, 2019Great furnishing, cleanliness, new furnishings and home-from- home decoration. Appreciated the beach chairs and lounger chaise chair for use on the beach. Unit is located 5 yards from pool and 50 yards from beach. Perfect!
