Stayed Aug 7, 2025My daughter and I came to Sanibel for a quick girls trip and Oceans reach was absolutely perfect for us! This room especially, so convenient. We were able to walk in and out from the pool all day long and have access to the beach, which was so close. We found so many amazing seashells and couldn’t have had a better stay.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been a previous guest at oceans reach for years now. This was our return visit since Hurricane Ian and it was amazing to be back. I know there was vast devastation after the hurricane but it seems the prices have gone up since our last visit..We appreciated the upgrades they have made in the units. It did not disappoint although, I wish the fridge was a little bigger in our unit not alot of space for a family of 4.

It was sufficient but we've been spoiled in the past so it will be a 2 in the future. We love Oceans Reach so we booked a 2 bedroom for early December this year. Everything is great at OR!!

Stayed Jul 18, 2022This was a wonderful vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! What a beautiful sight! We looked out to the ocean past the pool from the living room and fell in love. The kitchenette was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the space was perfect! Thank you for a memorable stay- we will alsolutely return.

Stayed Apr 16, 2022The unit and location were lovely. Being right on the beach was a huge plus. Only downsides: we would have liked to have had more than three teaspoons in the unit, and the unit had a slightly odd odor that never completely disappeared (not terrible but still...)
