Ocean's Edge: 2BR/2BA Beach Block Condo w/ POOL

We chose this property for our family's first visit to Ocean City, NJ. We selected for the location and what looked to be an updated place to stay. To start, the location was awesome! We were steps from the happening spots on the boardwalk as well as beach access. In addition, we had ample covered parking and given the location, barely had to move our car. The issues were with communication, as well as a poorly furnished and provisioned place to stay. For communications, I had to call to get the door code. It seems that someone forget to send it. Wifi instructions were nowhere to be found and required a trip to the office. In fact, we did not even know an office was available at the sister property next door until I called to get the door code. I tried reaching out several times to the initial text message I received but no response.As for provisions, if you plan on cooking at all or even bringing home take-out, you will most likely have nothing to put it in. Simple kitchen basics like a pasta strainer, mixing/serving bowls and drink pitchers were not available. There were also no basics like dish soap and a sponge. There was no ice maker or containers for making ice. There was a communal outdoor space but it was outdated and it would have been nice if there was a grill. Finally, listing says it sleeps 8. We had 2 adults, 3 teens and a 10 year old and it was tight without even enough chairs at the table. All in all, great location, needs improvement.
