Gorgeous views! We spent every morning on the deck drinking coffee watching the waves roll in and watching beautiful sunsets every evening. The condo is well stocked with anything you may need- extra pillows, towels, blankets, toiletries, and all the kitchen essentials. Will definitely stay here again if back in San Diego!

This was my second stay at this property and I can't wait to go back! The views are so much better than the pictures can show. Everything I needed (and a few things I didn't - ahem WW bodyweight scale) are provided. There are lots of shops and restaurants within an easy walk and there is no beating garage parking in Ocean Beach. This trip the grey whales were migrating so close to shore that I could see their spouts from the deck without binoculars.

Amazing views - perfect spot for morning tea or an evening glass of wine. Setup was comfortable for a party of 4. Loved in the garage parking and easy to use laundry setup. Cute neighborhood beach just a block over felt like a hidden gem.

I surprised my Parents with a week long trip for my mother's 70 Birthday.. My parents had nothing but amazing things to say about the property. Such as, how clean the home was and how incredible the views were. My parents enjoyed their stay so much they are returning for a week next Summer. If your looking to relax and unwind, overlooking incredible sunsets on the patio, while hearing sounds of crashing waves this is the place for you.

I truly can't say enough positive things about this condo. Communication with owner was flawless, very responsive and friendly. Check in was an absolute breeze. I loved having the code on the door vs having to worry about a physical key. The view was just incredible. Condo was so clean and so well stocked. None of us wanted to leave and we cannot wait to come back again with more family!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a great view of the ocean. However it is not an ideal property if you are looking for good beach access and swimming. It is also very close to other properties, and depending on who is renting those it could affect your stay. We had quiet neighbors but frequently the smell of marijuana entered the property due to having the windows open(there is no AC). The property is very clean and pleasant. The sounds of the ocean were very relaxing. Parking/roads are quite congested in the Ocean Beach area. I would fully recommend this property with caveats that are outside of the owner’s control.

This condo was the perfect location for this trip with views of the ocean and cliffs. The condo was clean, roomy, and comfortable for our family of 4. Parking in garage was easy for our rental car and we were able to get around to all things easily.

This house was perfect! Point Loma is my favorite place to stay and this house validates that. The view is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect! The hosts were quick to respond! My son was being deployed to Japan. He visited every night for dinner and enjoyed the sunsets. The house does not have AC but I had no problem sleeping with the window open and the fan on - and I am from New Orleans where AC is a must. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

The property was amazing. Beautiful views right near sunset cliffs. Hosts were very easy to work with and communicated very well. Highly recommend!

Easy check in, easy check out, nice ocean view. Tight garage space but manageable. Close to sunset cliffs. Easy drive to lots of the San Diego spots.

This was our third stay in this very comfortable home located right on the ocean. We hope to return in the future to soak up the relaxed vibes.

This property is so much better than the pictures and the hosts kept it well stocked and well maintained. It's an older beach neighborhood with tiny streets and very limited street parking so I was grateful for the garage. I'm so excited to return next year!

Outstanding! As advertised!

My husband and I stayed a long weekend here. So much room. The unit is more than you could imagine. Gorgeous view from master bedroom, and kitchen. The living room and dining area have amazing views. The patio/deck is perfect - here you can see Bermuda Beach and part of Sunset Beach all the way to La Jolla. Magnificent sunsets with no need to leave home. Everything you need is close by if it isn’t already in the cabinets. Close to so many historical sites. Rick made the rental process and then access to the unit easy. Thank you for one of the best vacations ever!

From the start, Rick worked with my wife and I on scheduling. He was very welcoming and provided plenty of helpful instructions. The view is incredible and we enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony watching the sunset with a glass of champagne and a blanket. We would highly recommend this property. Cool surrounding area as well.

We picked a good week to spend time at Rick and Julies place. It was a week much needed! the weather was beautiful and Rick was so nice to let us check in early. We will be back! at Rick and Julie

This was one of the nicest holiday rentals we've stayed in. Communication with the owners was perfect. It was easy to get in and really they had considered everything. The condo is in a stunning location right overlooking the sea, with a small beach nearby. We could walk to shops and a few restaurants and easy to get into Ocean Beach or anywhere else. Fabulous birdwatching and wildlife viewing. Hope to be able to stay again.

This is probably our 7th or 8th stay at this property (both in the upstairs and downstairs units) and they never cease to amaze us. We love everything about this - especially the location and the amazing view. Rick and Julie are wonderful hosts and so easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

This is truly an amazing property. Front row seat to the Pacific Ocean. We slept with the windows open and listened to the waves crash all night. It's in a great walkable neighborhood, has a garage parking spot, fantastic hosts and check in was super easy. Very highly recommend!

Delightful mini vacation perfect accommodations.

The owner was able to work with me and my family on a last minute booking and we were able to come surprise our friends who were staying in the unit below! The kids had a blast while we were there. They loved the private-ish beach just a short walk away! The view from the balcony was to die for!! Would recommend to anyone!
