• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Booking Policy: The HOA requires a minimum of 6 nights at this property.
No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It is equipped with electric wall heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze. Portable a/c units are available to rent at an additional cost. Please contact us to reserve.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located in the gated garage.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards!
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you're planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

    The location of the apartment is superb! It is right to the beach, close to the restaurants, bars, and walking distance to a supermarket and CVS. You don't really need a car if you are coming to enjoy the beach. And Uber can take you to a trolley stop at Old Town to take you downtown. 2miles on a board walk will take you straight to Belmont Park. The view from the window is amazing...Ocean, Ocean Ocean. I wish it had a balcony, but the apartment complex does have any balconies. Since there was no balcony it was hard to dry our beach clothes. We had to be creative. One suggestion to the owner is to get a foldable drying rack that can be used for drying the clothes in the apartment. The cleanliness of the apartment was good. It had all the necessary cookware. And stove/oven/dishwasher worked well. Drainage in the shower was slower, but it was noted in the welcome package that it is due to older pipes. Parking in parking garage is TIGHT, so be aware. Do not bring big car. Our Rav 4 just fit, I don't suggets bringing anything much bigger. Check and check out was easy. But you do need to remember a lot codes. Every door in the complex has an entrance code. Good memory practice :). We didn't use pool or hot tub. But they are small and entrance does require a code. Building is well maintained but it is an older building. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to our friends and family. Thank you.

    Could do with a deep clean and a ‘freshening up’. Decor and some furniture a bit ‘tired’. Well equipped and excellent location.

    Property had great view of ocean, surfers, food, and activities. Area is busy during the day but quiet at night. Felt safe in the complex. Condo well stocked with appliances and beach needs. Things to know: small cars are best for the garage and small parking spots. This unit has a very tight fit for parking. Internet was slow and often kicks you off streaming. But with the ocean and amenities who needs TV.

    The location of this unit is very good for the Ocean blvd walking and beach activity. Lots of restaurants in the area. However the unit itself is extremely worn. The door lock malfunctioned actually locking us IN the unit and property management had to send out their maintenance person. He was very helpful and the management team was responsive. The listing lists washer and dryer but these appliances are shared in the garage and cost extra. The unit needs a good cleaning and attention to appliances. The refrigerator was rusted on the outside as was the stove, which had not been cleaned. I don't think we would rent this property again.

    For us the location was perfect! Waking to watch the surfers and boardwalk travelers was wonderful. The local “color” was definitely part of our expectations and may not be for everyone. The building was reasonably secure and everyone super friendly. The condo was nice, clean, bright and comfortable - the management was great and check-in/out seamless. We would definitely come back.

    Had a really fun time. You can really get the Pacific Beach vibe from this condo! Also our minivan fit in the underground parking so that was nice as well.

    We used this property as our home base (Family of 5). It was perfect for us. The description of the property is accurate and as stated in the listing bring a smaller car as parking is tight. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and we felt safe day and night.
