Stayed Jul 12, 2024Great location being across the street from public beach access. Had an issue with air conditioner not cooling, owner answered when I called and had it fixed that day by the time we got back from the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable & has all you need for your stay. Will book again.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Relatively quick access to the beach (walk across the street and through a parking lot) Appliances all worked well and were clean Air conditioning worked well Property owner reached out via email to ask me to sign an additional rental agreement beyond that which was on vrbo, which I found odd. Overall, decent stay, had a great time with my family. I will very likely be returning to South Padre, though it’s unlikely I would stay here again, as I prefer a nice view.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024The condo was great. Unobstructed views of the gulf and of alberto coming in. Not everyone can say they had a front seat virew of a tropical storm, but we did. Mike was great. Highly recommend the condo. AC worked great, kitchen nicely equipped, only this missing was sunshine.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Quick walk to beach, elevator available, spacious and comfortable. All the kitchen things, beach stuff including chairs, toys, boogie boards. Perfect getaway!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We enjoyed the place! Good sized for a family of 5, and awesome views! Lock on the front door gave us issues from day one, but we were able to get in touch with the owners that had several solutions. Was only a minor inconvenience, but got worse before it got better. Ended up having to share a key with the family, which was a pain, but overall enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 6, 2022Rented the condo for a month. Really enjoyed being able to look out the window or sit on the balcony and see the beach. Quiet, clean and well furnished condo. Communication was easy and fast. Would stay again
