Oceanfront View Balcony

Upon arrival The door would not lack, and the sink was clogged.Contacted the host with no response ended up getting a room because i was mot comfortable they last day there finally someone got back to me and said everything was fine. When reading the reviews, I noticed that the sink was broke prior to my visit. This unit needs alot of repairs and updates and should not be rented untill they are fixed. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way and paid doubled for my last trip.

Unit not cleaned when I entered. Host did act quickly when I messaged them and got housekeeping there within the hour.

Condo has a nice location, and offers a good value for a property with ocean view and right on the beach.

The host did not give us the code to get in till two and half hours after check in time. The sink in bathroom was clogged and maintenance was alerted and never showed up. I would never recommend this condo nor the owner.

Host never provided check in instructions and we were left without a place to stay. He stopped answering and Vrbo was able to refund us.

The property is very nice. Our room was actually nicer than the pictures. Bed is very comfy and the balcony view is beautiful. The beach chairs could be better. We ended up renting from the guy by the tiki hut. Two chairs with umbrella for the day was 44 with tax. The tiki hut food and drinks are very good but pricey. We had trouble with the keypad on the door. Took 3 trys almost every time. The Italian restaurant was sooo good. Unfortunately on our 3rd night we had a neighbor that played loud music late into the night. They were also dragging something across the floor and slamming doors. The smell of weed being smoked was very noticeable. I messaged the owner twice and still no reply 4 days later. Just wanted to know who we could talk to about this. We would definitely go back but not sure I would rent from this owner again. I was concerned with the door issue and how we could get in had we not been able to open the door and if the owner isn’t answering who would we contact. Overall we had a nice stay and the staff at the property were all very nice.

This place was okay, nothing special. It could use some updating. Furniture was not comfortable., did not supply sufficient towels and wash clothes, as stated in the description. The laundry room was a joke, not user friendly. The hallways smelled dirty as you walked through them. Staff was friendly, and the view was great! Probably won’t stay there again

We wanted to get away from the cold for a long weekend. This was perfect! We loved watching all the events from the balcony.

Enjoyed the location and tiki hut restaurant. Amenities were great.
