Oceanfront Three-bedroom, Two-and-a-half-bath Condo

Out unit was good, the bathroom showers could use a little upgrade with caulking, scrubbing mold really good and drain speed, but overall the place was great. The closet door was broken in 1 room and 1 TV did not work, so those little things aside, we would definitely choose this unit again!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. The condo for the most part was nice. There was some basics that needed to be fixed and/or cleaned. The dishwasher had mold in the silverware rack. Also, the master bathroom shower did not have the hottest water as the handle was not working properly. Other than these two things the condo was great.

We were concerned because there was a problem with the pool and they said it might not be fixed for a few days but it was fine when we arrived. Icondo was very bright and clean. Loved the flamingo bedroom. We would love to stay again. The only cons were the tv’s were hard to figure out and the trundle bed was blocked by a dresser..

Our feet were black after walking on them and one of the beds was full of sand - we did call housekeeping and they did send someone quickly to change the bed we had a toilet not flushing and a slow draining shower and maintenance was very nice n handled that quickly - all of our issues were handled quickly n professionally

The only suggestion would be to maybe keep a cupboard empty in the kitchen for renters' food items. All the cupboards were filled with dishes and utensils. The location was perfect for us. The parking garage has a 6'9 clearance to get in, but it drops down to 6'3 on the ramp between the floors and our truck did not fit up the ramp. I had specifically called Garden City REalty regarding the clearance before our visit, and they had told us there would be no issues.

Our condo was well stocked. Perfect location in the resort dor us. Great views! Resort is well maintained and great amenities.

I left behind a wallet and skirt. I called and left a message for the housekeeper, Tanya, but never heard back. Will not be using this rental company again- nor will I recommend to family/friends.
