The views were gorgeous. The king in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on and the TVs are huge (only turned on once the whole time but we were blessed with perfect weather and no rain so we were on the beach or at the pool the whole time. The code lock for the pool and long walk to the beach was hard with little kids and all our stuff but not the condo's fault. We had an issue with the door lock and BESTNEST was immediately responsive and had keys as a backup for us. We even added an extra night and BESTNEST made it a super easy process for us. So much nicer renting with BESTNEST and we will be back as this was our first time to Hilton Head. Can't wait to plan another trip!

The property itself is gorgeous, excellent views. Good for a family for sure. Property manager is very engaged and helpful. Downsides - there was a lot of road construction, and also internally there was a great deal of construction-ish noise, which was a little irritating at times.

Have to say it's one of the nicest, if not the nicest rental me and my family have ever been to. From head to toe the condo was spotless and everything was labeled so no guess work when putting back towels or dishes. The balcony was ocean front and everyday there were multiple dolphin sightings. We actually booked a dolphin excursion and it wound up right at the condo. 5 stars all around, you won't be disappointed.

We love how the unit is incredibly clean and comes stocked with everything you might need including coffee, soap, trash bags,etc. The only negatives were about the building itself as there was no luggage cart to help get everything up to the fourth floor and the beach access had stairs up and down, which made it hard to lug everything for our kiddos.

It was elegantly appointed and decorated. Unit included high end products in bath & kitchen, fully equipped kitchen, it had everything you’d need. A Yeti Cooler and Shimbui shade plus a fully stocked closet full of beach equipment made our trip easy and hassle free. The location and view was even better than described. I can’t say enough about the unit and the customer service was equally impressive.
