Oceanfront, Surfside, Recently Updated, Great Views New Smyrna Beach

This place was fabulous. Even if you’re very picky, this condo will impress! The hosts take their role very seriously — excellent communication, condo was as pictured with great views, comfortable living and bedroom space, many thoughtful and smart amenities throughout, and overall top notch. The building is secure, the area is safe, no concerns at all. Great beach, and plenty of chairs and beach stuff provided. Parking is easy and convenient. Elevator to make loading in/out easy, and also a clean and bright stairwell. Nice tennis court with pickleball too. There is a small workout room with dumbbells, a bench and a few cardio machines - we never encountered other users, so had it to ourselves. Pool was heated during our end of year stay. Aside from the condo, we also liked the area. Quieter than other parts of Florida, in a good way. Plenty of restaurants, grocery store, bakery, Sbucks, pharmacies, etc so that you have whatever you need nearby, but not crowded and not full of party people (although there is an area down the road with beach bars, etc if that’s your thing). It’s also a special place for sunrise. Lots of beach walkers enjoying the sunrise peacefully. You could seriously show up with just a bathing suit and a toothbrush and you’d be all set! This was a multi-generational family trip with my parents (late 70s) and kids (early teens), and the space worked great for all of us. I recommend without any exceptions.

Immaculate, had every convenience. Kitchen especially well stocked. Quiet, great security. Definitely want to come back.

This was not only the most visually appealing condo that we have ever stayed in, but it was also better stocked than any other vacation home that we have previously stayed in at the beach. Every item that we could think of- kitchen utensils, beach chairs & toys, bathroom items, etc.- were all taken care of for you. The condo was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The views are amazing and the beach is lovely, with white sand and clear blue water. Perfect for families and/or couples without kids as well. Check in and check out were simple, and all communication with the host was responded to within hours. I can’t recommend this lovely vacation spot enough!

We loved our stay! Very easy check in process, listing was accurate, and home was very well stocked with everything needed. The welcome basket/card was such a nice touch! We loved the views and listening to the ocean…. It was sad to leave, would definitely go back for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It is a lovely condo in a great location stocked with everything needed. The owners were extremely attentive with their communication and also with all the thoughtful amenities provided. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. Although it was too cold to swim while we were there, we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing view and beach and even got to see a satellite launch from the balcony. We had a wonderful reunion in NSB. The condo was perfect for 3 couples. It had a gorgeous view of the ocean and all the amenities were fabulous. Would rent it again.

This condo was spotless, so nicely decorated and in an area of the beach that was quiet. There were so many traveling essentials already provided and the kitchen, pantry and linen closets were full of towels (regular & beach), blankets, etc… Check-in & checkout was super easy and appreciate the detailed email before arriving with all the info we needed. We loved that they had a cage near outside that had lots of beach chairs/umbrellas and pool toys! My family truly enjoyed our time and look forward to booking again next year!

We had an amazing vacation at this incredible ocean front condo. Besides being tastefully furnished and decorated, our hosts thoughtfully provided everything needed to make our stay stress free and memorable. It really felt like home for a few wonderful days. We would love to visit again and spend more time there.
