Oceanfront, Surfside, Recently Updated, Great Views New Smyrna Beach

This was one of the best beach experiences we've had in New Smyrna, and I've been coming here for over 40 years.The condo felt much more spacious than others we've stayed in with a similar layout, and all three bathrooms were large, functional, and well-designed. Everything was impeccably clean, and the condo was stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of bath and beach towels.What truly set this rental apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, addressed every question or request immediately, and were very accommodating when our arrival plans changed and we were able to check in earlier than expected.We also really appreciated how simple the checkout process was. The instructions were essentially to leave the linens where they were and lock the door. With five children, simply getting everyone packed up and out the door after a beach vacation is a challenge, so not having a long list of checkout chores was a huge bonus.I highly recommend this condo. You won't regret booking it!

Highly recommended! We have stayed at several properties in the NSB area and this is at the top. Beautiful condo with great views of the ocean on the best stretch of beach in the NSB area. The property was very clean and beautifully furnished. The hosts were very responsive and put a lot of effort into making sure our stay was great. We hope to be back soon.

The condo was exactly as advertised very clean kitchen has everything you need. Beds were great plenty of towels communicating with the owners was easy and they were very responsive. Excellent vacation thank you very much Curt And Terri.

We had the best stay! This condo is perfect for a large group with three bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of open spaces to share. We loved the beach views and the kids had a great time in the pool. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. If we’re in the area again we would definitely stay! Thanks Curt and Terri!

From the moment we entered the condo, we knew we made a good choice. The directions and instructions to enter were very easy to follow. We were greeted with a welcoming card and an assortment of goodies, it made us feel like VIP's. The condo was spotless and organized. The beach access, the fitness room, the pool, convenient parking, it all worked out perfectly for us. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

This place was fabulous. Even if you’re very picky, this condo will impress! The hosts take their role very seriously — excellent communication, condo was as pictured with great views, comfortable living and bedroom space, many thoughtful and smart amenities throughout, and overall top notch. The building is secure, the area is safe, no concerns at all. Great beach, and plenty of chairs and beach stuff provided. Parking is easy and convenient. Elevator to make loading in/out easy, and also a clean and bright stairwell. Nice tennis court with pickleball too. There is a small workout room with dumbbells, a bench and a few cardio machines - we never encountered other users, so had it to ourselves. Pool was heated during our end of year stay. Aside from the condo, we also liked the area. Quieter than other parts of Florida, in a good way. Plenty of restaurants, grocery store, bakery, Sbucks, pharmacies, etc so that you have whatever you need nearby, but not crowded and not full of party people (although there is an area down the road with beach bars, etc if that’s your thing). It’s also a special place for sunrise. Lots of beach walkers enjoying the sunrise peacefully. You could seriously show up with just a bathing suit and a toothbrush and you’d be all set! This was a multi-generational family trip with my parents (late 70s) and kids (early teens), and the space worked great for all of us. I recommend without any exceptions.

This was not only the most visually appealing condo that we have ever stayed in, but it was also better stocked than any other vacation home that we have previously stayed in at the beach. Every item that we could think of- kitchen utensils, beach chairs & toys, bathroom items, etc.- were all taken care of for you. The condo was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The views are amazing and the beach is lovely, with white sand and clear blue water. Perfect for families and/or couples without kids as well. Check in and check out were simple, and all communication with the host was responded to within hours. I can’t recommend this lovely vacation spot enough!

We loved our stay! Very easy check in process, listing was accurate, and home was very well stocked with everything needed. The welcome basket/card was such a nice touch! We loved the views and listening to the ocean…. It was sad to leave, would definitely go back for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It is a lovely condo in a great location stocked with everything needed. The owners were extremely attentive with their communication and also with all the thoughtful amenities provided. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. Although it was too cold to swim while we were there, we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing view and beach and even got to see a satellite launch from the balcony.
