This spacious 2-bedroom oceanfront escape rests along pristine coastal beaches with calm, emerald waters just steps away. The main living area is warm and inviting, and the condo is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a perfect, relaxingstay.

Our homes are equipped with smart locks allowing guests to come straight to the home with out worrying about picking up keys or meeting someone to get in.


— THE NEIGHBORHOOD —

Welcome to St. Joe Beach — one of the last stretches of undeveloped, uncrowded Gulf Coast in Florida. No high-rises. No strip malls. Just miles of sugar-white sand and calm, warm Gulf water.

You're one block from Shipwreck Restaurant for casual waterfront dining. Head into Port St. Joe (about 10 minutes) for seafood restaurants, boutique shopping, and the charming downtown along the bay. Mexico Beach is just a short drive east. Cape San Blas and St. Joseph Peninsula State Park — some of the most beautiful undeveloped coastline in the U.S. — are an easy day trip. This is the Forgotten Coast, and once you visit, you'll understand why people keep coming back.

Guests will have access to the whole condo and the designated parking for this unit.

Our condo is the upstairs left condo which includes 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The open concept main level has a fully loaded kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal as well as large dining area and a super comfy couch with a Roku TV. The balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee as well as enjoy the sunset. Laundry is included within unit and the homes includes 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. There is parking for 2 vehicles.

We just finished a full renovation on Key Lime and she's better than ever. Fresh, bright, and thoughtfully outfitted for the guests we love most: beach lovers, sunset chasers, dog owners, and anyone who wants the real Florida experience without the crowds of Panama City or Destin.

— THE SPACE —

Key Lime Condo is an upstairs unit (the views more than make up for the stairs), offering 2 bedrooms, 2.5 private bathrooms, and an open-concept main living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Here's what you'll find:

Living & Dining: The open concept living room flows into the kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for cooking together and eating with a view. Sink into the sectional couch after a day in the sun and catch a show on the Roku TV.

Kitchen: Fully loaded. We're talking everything you need to cook real meals — good pots, good pans, sharp knives, spices, the works. Stock up at the nearby Dollar General or make the short drive into Port St. Joe for fresh Gulf seafood from the market.

Bedrooms: The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own private bathroom. For the fifth guest, a rollaway single bed is stored in the closet upstairs, freshly made with clean linens.

Bathrooms: 2.5 baths total — both bedrooms have private bathrooms, plus a half bath for guests. Fresh, renovated, and spotless.

Balcony: This is the heart of Key Lime. Step outside and you're looking west over the Gulf of Mexico. It's where the day begins and where the evenings disappear. Bring your coffee at sunrise, your wine at sunset, and stay as long as you want.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are in-unit. Pack light — you'll be able to do laundry before you leave.

Beach Gear: We provide 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Just grab them and walk out the door.
