Stayed Jul 17, 2025This unit is impeccably clean and has everything you need for a beachside stay! The view is AMAZING! The access to the beach and pool is super easy and I love that it’s on the non-vehicle end. While it states there’s room for 4, I personally would find that a bit tight, especially with no pull out couch (there’s an air mattress but the only room for it is in middle of kitchen/living/dining area, which is a bit awkward). It’s an absolutely perfect size for 1 person or 1 couple. There’s plenty of parking, both outside and garage, (don’t forget to pick up parking pass & pool wristband from the on-sight office, next to pool entrance) and the entire building at night, at least while I was there, is very quiet. Really a great place for a quiet, relaxing beach getaway.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025I would definitely recommend this condo to a couple that is looking to get away for a short or long trip. It had everything that we needed along with an amazing view of the ocean and overlooked the pool.I felt like it was a perfect size for the two of us and had everything in it that we needed and exceeded expectations as far as cleanliness went. We did have one minor issue with the shower that was not draining, but we immediately called Ocean properties and they had somebody at the condo the next morning early and had the problem resolved in less than an hour. They were super receptive and super easy to work with. My only suggestion would be to have a couple of extra beach towels. It was an amazing place to stay and we will definitely be booking again!!!

Stayed Feb 17, 2023Completely satisfied with this stay. Listing was 100% accurate. Loved the community, nice and quiet. We came down for the Daytona 500 - was super easy to get to the track but stay somewhere outside of all the action. 10/10 reccomend!

Stayed Feb 10, 2023TV did not work until we rebooted the Router - but no instructions. Parking was horrible! Not as clean as expected for the price.

Stayed Jan 26, 2023The unit we stayed in had a gorgeous view and was nicely appointed. There were several issues, however, that impacted our enjoyment. First, the property is undergoing major renovation which means no easy access to the building from the parking garage. You must go from the garage - luggage and all - from the road and walk to the building. The second thing was that this unit is located directly across from the elevator, and unfortunately the bedroom is right there so every time the elevator is in use you could hear it in the bedroom, which made sleep challenging. Finally, the unit could use a thorough cleaning and there was black residue on the air handling vents and on the tops of the ceiling fans. The unit itself is lovely with nice modern updates and plenty of amenities throughout. Beautiful pool area and beach access.

Stayed Oct 12, 2022This was a very easy wait to rent this condo. The condo was immaculate and very well taken care of. The renovations were done very nicely. The view of the sunrise and ocean was astonishing. Definitely will be renting again from this company and maybe even this condo again.
