Stayed Jul 1, 2025The view is amazing, that is where the pros pretty much end. The pictures of the unit must have been taken awhile ago because everything looks and feels old. The musty smell was overwhelming and off putting. It was extremely hard to find info on how to access the unit. The place had emailed me a contract to sign but it had gone to my junk box and nowhere in the Expedia description did it alert you to expect an email from the hotel. I was also unable to access any info on our stay through the Expedia app so there was a discontinuity between Expedia and The D Sands. I will say that Henry was very helpful in getting us settled in once we arrived. I will not stay here again.

Stayed Oct 27, 2025Great place to stay right on the beach! Pet friendly and a good pet relief area. We spent the majority of time taking in the vibe of Lincoln city and surrounding areas. Very fun visit!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was a huge stain on the carpet, so I took a picture of it. The next thing that happened was the door to the patio balcony would not lock, the deadbolt was broken. I went to the front desk to report it and let them know that we could not lock our room when we left for the day. The maintenance guy came up to fix it but was unable and said that he would be back in the morning, mean while the deadbolt was left in pieces. Nobody came the following morning or the day!! The deadbolt was still broken when we left on Monday. So not a great experience!!

Stayed Oct 31, 2024A friend was here from MN and we had an absolutely wonderful time. We were very relaxed and comfortable. GREAT view of the Pacific. Beds, including the Murphy bed, were very comfortable. Location is perfect. The only negative was that the kitchen could be a little better stocked, but we would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it!!!!

Stayed May 26, 2024Nice and clean room with full kitchen. Space was the perfect size for the two of us and even had the pull out bed that would have been perfect if we had brought the kids. We would go again as it was a perfect location for beach access and close to other amenities.
