Wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a 4-night stay. We've stayed near this property previously. Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Tastefully decorated and great balcony facing the Atlantic. TV and WIFI worked well and as described. Beach amenities - chairs etc for use were nice.

Amazing beach vacation Woke up to the view of sunrises on the beach, played all day and enjoyed relaxing in the comfy and fun condo. Super convenient beach access. Kids loved the bunk beds. All the beach accessories and kitchen amenities you need.

What you see is what you get—a beautifully updated and pristine property on the second floor with an amazing view of the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We didn't want to leave because it felt like home. Looking forward to our next trip to Ponte Vedra and staying here again.

The best place! We've stayed at this complex 4 times and this has been the best unit by far. Three of the 4 stays were all very good but this one is hands down the best.

I stayed at this property this past week with my husband, 24 year old step daughter and 4 year old son and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is amazing. Sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset and playing cards was one of our favorite things. The beach is steps away and the pool is a short drive. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and we were able to check in early and check out late as our flight times were early in the day and late at night. The condo is close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and coffee spots. It was also stocked with anything we needed: beach chairs, tons of beach and bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen necessities and more! Huge tv in the living room and bedroom and the beds were so comfortable ! The kids loved the bunk beds which were definitely oversized with super comfy bedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are looking forward to the next time we can call this place home for another week!

Relaxing and wonderful view from deck. Great beach. We will come back to this spot every year. Maybe twice a year.

Nicely finished 1-bedroom, second floor, with lovely deck looking out over the lawn to the beach and ocean. Wake with the sun, to bed with the full moon rising over the Atlantic. The two additional beds are built into a little cubby carved out of the living room--fun for kids, adequate for agile adults.

Great location on the beach. Clean and up to date. Perfect for a family of four with young kids. Owners were wonderful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend and stay there again.

Steps to private beautiful beach. Condo is well appointed and very comfortable. If the beach becomes too windy there is a great pool available with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. Great communications with the owner. Shopping and restaurants nearby. You won’t be disappointed.

A beautifully furnished and very comfortable condo, on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping.

Beach access and views outstanding.Sunrises were spectacular.Grocery and restaurants within easy reach.Owners were easy to talk with.Condo itself may need a new more comfortable couch, four not two regular sized dining room chairs, a fridge with icemaker and new sets of towels and sheets.to be perfect.

Super clean, beautiful beach front location at saw grass country club. We unfortunately had to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances, and the owners were very fair with us. Would highly recommend.

Great location

We stayed for a week in July. Our hosts (the Grays) provided a beautiful, well-cared-for, clean, tastefully decorated, fully stocked condo with a million dollar view right on the beach. We had access to their golf cart for short hops around the property. Have stayed in other places in the area and this was the absolute best. Our thanks to the owners.

Had an absolute wonderful stay with my husband for a few nights at the beach. The view and overall vibe of the unit is great. We enjoyed breakfast outside on the deck watching dolphins swim by in the mornings as well as some fun surfing / swimming / walks. Owners Tom and Jennifer were very responsive. Thank you!

We got everything we hoped for at this beachside condo: comfortable furnishings, charming decor, a kitchen and pantry with ample basic supplies, all well cleaned and prepped for our stay. Only steps away from a prinstine sandy beach and a perfect view of the sunrise, we enjoyed frequent walks on the beach and much needed peace and quiet, although we enjoyed the evening music wafting our way from the Beach Club nearby. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to Ponte Vedre Beach.

This home-away-from-home is on the second floor. We enjoyed the deck with its panoramic view of the ocean as the pelicans flew over in formation. The apartment is clean and well stocked from shampoo to beach needs. There is an umbrella on the deck, but in May we hardly needed it, with ocean breezes. The sunrise is viewed from the deck, and we were blessed to view a full moon glistening on the water. In all, it is a very calm and peaceful abode. We highly recommend.
