Beautiful condo with great access to the beach and restaurants!

This was the perfect location and right by the beach. Everything we needed was provided.

Great place with incredible views, ocean literally steps away and a nice, walkable stretch of beach. Great grassy area between building and beach. Place is clean, well stocked. Easy to work with and great communication. Would definitely stay here again. We have stayed at another separate listing in this same building and it is a great spot. a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance and great beaches within 20-30 min. West Maui only 25min away as well. Watching the sunset every night on the lanai is incredible. Highly recommend!

The space and view are perfect! Loved being right on the beach with a pool. AC, nice kitchen, comfy pull out sofa. I would absolutely recommend this stay for others and want to come back!

Tony’s vacation home has everything we wanted and more. Beautiful oceanfront view, steps from the beach. 5 mins walk from a Catholic Church. Location was central so we can get on the road to Hana early. He has every amenity you can think of and more. Even down to binoculars so we can borrow for whale watching. Just to list a few items, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, even boogie boards for the kids. The home was decorated beautifully, modern, comfortable and spotless. Thank you. We had a wonderful stay.

The place is beautiful. It is well decorated and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and everything works perfectly. They provide everything you need for the beach including towels, chairs, a sun umbrella, and a cooler. The bed was very comfortable. The host was super responsive when I had a question. Loved everything about this stay.

Beautiful condo in amazing south Maui! The design was elegant Hawaii! Not over the top tropical or kitschy. Thank you for the welcome drinks and snacks and nice touch! Close to the grocery store and local coffee shop. And how about that view and the beach?! Can't be beat! Mahalo for a great stay!

This property is extremely well equipped with everything you’ll need in Maui. From beach towels, chairs, binoculars, utensils, snorkels, body boards, pools etc. we had an amazing time here. It is also well located, 2 min walk to the beach and cafes and stores are 5 mins drive. Overall 10/10.

Absolutely wonderful.

Place was in a good location just a block away from everything you'd need including a supermarket, and of course the other end of the condo has the beach! Very quiet, nearly private beach area with direct access. Only thing to mention was that the description lists a washer/dryer, but it is NOT in the unit itself. This stay was at the end of our trip so we had to pivot a bit but we made it work.

Everything you need is provided in the room. Walk out the back door and you are right on your very own beach .. only saw a couple of people. Saw some turtles on the beach also. The bed was super comfortable with soft linens and soft towels in the bathroom. Very clean condo with very tasteful decor.. Free parking too.

Very nicely decorated condo with everything you could possibly need for meal prep in the kitchen. The bedding, towels, beach chairs etc we're all in good condition. The beach was clean and beautiful with easy access. We saw several turtles. It was a nice quiet area with close access to good food. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was lovely. Description on the VRBO site was completely accurate. Stunning views and sun sets. Condo was very clean and well stocked for the stay. We were able to see many sea turtles along the beach when the sun went down.

My wife and I stayed here from 9/14 to 9/17 for a medical conference at a resort nearby. This place check all the boxes for us. The rate is reasonable. The place is very cozy, clean, private, and equipped with AC and ceiling fan in each room. The ocean view is beautiful. We enjoyed having dinner at the balcony while watching the beautiful sunset. The beach is only a few steps away. The unit is at a quiet neighborhood, but is close to many stores and restaurants. The owner is one of the best we have every worked with. Communication is very prompt and clear. We were on a tight schedule, and the owner even kindly let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our schedule. This place is highly recommended. We will definitely stay again.

Been staying in VRBO based locations for over 10 years and this truly may have been the nicest property ever rented! Clean, very well maintained, and had excellent communication with the owner. Pictures don’t give justice on the clear sights of the ocean and everything that went with it! Location is walkable to many dinner locations and closely drivable to many more! Only 25 min from the airport that made things convenient as well! Can’t wait to get back!

Excellent Condo with perfect ocean views and easy access to a quiet beach. The condo was clean, updated and well furnished with everything we needed. Located a block from many shops and restaurants. Thanks Joe for sharing your place!Pro Tip: Walk 5 min down the beach (to the north) at sunset and see the sea turtles come on shore - be quiet and keep your distance. We saw about 25 one night. And go early (6:30-7am) the next morning and see the stragglers going back in the ocean.

Accommodation exactly as advertised, comfortable bed and living areas all kept to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Stock of everything we needed related to bathroom and kitchen so no need to purchase anything additional. Short walk to supermarket, coffee shop and various restaurants. If you like what is advertised then I’d recommend this property.

My friends and I loved staying here! It is right on the ocean and the water is shallow for a while so you can go far out. We loved watching the sunset on the beach or from the balcony of the condo. The condo itself is beautiful and had everything we needed -- a well armed kitchen for cooking and a lot of beach gear. It is also in a great location, close to a lot of beaches and restaraunts and stores. I would definitely come back to stay again!

The condo was amazing! Had all the amenities we needed! Located right on the beach! Sunrise and sunset walks on the beach were like a magazine. Saw 25 sea turtles beached for the night! Can not go wrong with the VRBO!

This is a very nice rental. The rental is nicely updated and comfortable. It has a great lanai with an ocean view. The kitchen is very well supplied. Several restaurants were within walking distance. A welcome basket was included with delicious shortbread macadamia nuts cookies.

We looked hard for the perfect place that was actually on the beach, not across the street. This unit is perfect! Great views, whales can be seen from the balcony, the beach is very private, comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, grocery store a 5 minute walk. Look no further!

Amazing sunsets! Very clean.

Nicely remodeled unit right on the beach. Living area and lanai are awesome. Great location, walkable to restaurants and a short drive from the great beaches in the Kihei/Wailea area. The bedroom, which you walk into when you enter the unit, is small, and suitcases have to be stored in the closet to give you any walk-around room, but it has a comfortable king bed. There were 3 of us, so our adult daughter slept on the fold out couch in the living room. Worked fine for the 3 nights we were there. Would definitely stay there again, especially if there were just two of us.

We stay in Kehei often - this unit is exactly as pictured. 200 or so steps to Nalu’s. Unit was very clean and well-stocked. It was a bit small, but really a great unit for 2 people. Adequate parking. Just a note that the beach / water has a sandy reef that runs out quite far - water was only knee deep for a couple hundred feet out.

This is the condo you don’t want to tell too many people about. Host was prompt with questions before and during our stay. Condo exceeded expectations. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella! Watched whales from the lanai. Just had an amazing stay!

We had a really wonderful 2 night stay at Joe’s beautiful condo. It was clean and beautifully furnished and well stocked with everything you need for a Kihei beach getaway. Joe was also super responsive leading up to our stay. We also met some of the other property owners during our stay, and they were so kind and friendly. I’d highly recommend this location, the property and this condo! It was a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was accurately described in the listing. The location was fantastic with everything you would want for a comfortable stay. It was like it was our own place and there were beach chairs and float tubes for our kids. The appliances were updated as well as the condo. Joe was quick to respond to any questions and was great to work with. We highly recommend staying here at this beautiful condo and renting from this host.

Overall had a wonderful stay. It was my husband’s first time in Hawaii and Luana Hotel is very close to the beach and amazing restaurants.Decided on a four star eating, related to communication. I asked about early check in and host said to let them know upon arrival, which I did. Because this is a VRBO, the hotel was not able to check us in without host approval. Host did not get back to us until after check in time. Other than that, 5 star experience.

This was a perfect place to stay on our annual Maui trip! Everything was so nicely updated, great location, can’t beat the view and the quiet beach was a plus! This place had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella! We 100% stay here again.

My husband and I spent a fabulous week in #209 at Hale Kai O Kihei. Everything was right from the start. Our condo was clean, bright, light and provided everything we needed for a terrific stay. The bed and furniture were all so comfortable, plenty of towels, a fridge with an icemaker, beach gear. There was even a welcome gift of snacks. We have stayed at Hale Kai several times and this was by far the best. Thanks for providing such a lovely respite from the world.

We absolutely loved our stay! Joe was very communicative and the condo was absolutely gorgeous! The view was spectacular and we spent every morning on the deck drinking our coffee and every evening on the deck enjoying the sunset. The location was great, we walked to dinner (Da Kitchen) and breakfast (Nalu’s) and even over to Diamond’s Sports Bar to watch some football. The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We would definitely come back again!

Very clean, updated place right on the ocean with modern appliances including a mini splits to use in the main room and the bedroom to keep cool. Being on the 2nd floor was perfect; if it were higher it would be hard to carry things in, if lower the sunset wouldn't be as great.

This was just the perfect location. Walking distance to all amenities. Swim out the front at your own private beach. The condo had everything. The kitchen lacked nothing...everything was there. The bathroom and bedroom were just beautiful and the view from one floor up was stunning. Thanks Joe hope to be back again.
