Oceanfront Seagate Condo with Heated Pool

Right on the beach/water, clean condo, nice simple pool, quiet location for families.

Other than Construction and air conditioning not cooling below 73, it was a good place to stay. We were very thankful for the use of beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, etc!! The grocery cart was very nice when bringing in lots of groceries.

The good:-great location and right on the beach-great views and accommodating layoutThe bad:-one of the two permitted parking spots were blocked off by the construction work on the property forcing many people - including the construction workers- to park in our “reserved” spot - no signs of empathy from the property manager.-unscheduled maintenance crew shows up and property manager knocked twice followed by opening up the door - no apologies or “my bad” for opening the door like that.-found a dead roach in the closet-everything barely functional to serve its purpose but wobbly, old and needed proper cleaning.-beds were so squeaky and uncomfortable, where it always felt that your legs are higher than your head, and using multiple pillows will give you a stiff neck overnight.-Too much dust accumulated on fire sprinklers on the ceiling, which triggered my dust allergies the whole duration of our stay

Perfect amount of space for us!

Construction kept the pool closed, and it was loud being right next to the umit, but by 4:00 pm, all was great and we could sit on the balcony and watch the sunset.

We chose this property because it was one of few condos that had three bedrooms and enough beds for our family of five, without someone having to sleep on the couch or a pull out bed in the living area. The beachfront property was also a huge draw. It did not disappoint! The heated pool came in handy for our toddler who was determined to swim despite the cooler temperatures during our stay. The condo was equipped with more than enough beach amenities and we added some sand toys to it when we left. There is even a cooler to use. The kitchen had everything we needed! The TVs were great and Roku was included on the living room TV. We could not get the DVD player to work as the cord needed was missing, but that wasn’t a huge deal. There were plenty of bathroom and beach towels. We loved the ability to wash and dry clothes as needed too. For those with toddlers, we brought one of those child inflatable beds for her and it fit perfectly in the master closet where she slept. The bedrooms were plenty big and the beds were comfortable! The balcony was lovely to enjoy coffee and drinks on. The owners are easy to communicate with. They left recommendations for local places. There aren’t a lot of breakfast choices, but we located a good one just down the road, The Reef. Delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed Crabby Bill’s. We would return here in a heartbeat!

the property was just as advertised. nice balcony, beautiful sunsets, nice pool. the condo was clean and had all we needed. would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience with our family!

We stayed at this wonderful property for 5 days on a summer vacation with our 3 kids. The condo was clean and comfy with a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset at the end of your day. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware/utensils for mostly anything. This particular unit is close enough to the stairs for easy trips up and down as needed, which was a great convenience for us. The pool is really nice and was never too busy during our stay so we always had room to play and relax. There are some great restaurants nearby which we enjoyed for our dinners. It's close enough to everything but not too busy/crowded. We accidentally left some items behind and Lindsey was really kind to coordinate with us so we could get them back. This property and the owners are A+; we would definitely stay again!
