Oceanfront Sea Colony Penthouse with Gorgeous Ocean Views!

It was our first time to Bethany beach and we were lucky to find this property last minute. It pretty much covered everything we were looking for. Clean, very conveniently located right on the beach. No complaints. The owners were very friendly since the booking was confirmed. Highly recommend this property for small families.

Beverly was an excellent host! She communicated everything we needed to have a wonderful stay in the off season. It was the perfect place to ring in the new year!

This was our 2nd stay in an oceanfront condo at Sea Colony in Bethany. The 1st time was great, but this time was even better because we were dealing with a responsive owner (Beverly) instead of the mgmt company that handles most Sea Colony rentals. The condo was up to date and nicely furnished. Everything worked. (There were helpful notes posted near certain features, like the one explaining the wall switch for the ceiling fan.) The beds with their new mattresses were especially comfortable. We did have to bring our own towels and bedding (same other weekly beach rentals we’ve done so this was not an issue). There are pillows on the beds, but you may want to bring your own pillows like we did to make sure you have the feel you’re accustomed to. The condo has a small W/D combo which was great for a small load of clothing or a few regular bath towels. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and basic equipment, plus some basic dry ingredients like salt, pepper and a few other seasonings. There were also consumables like paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, and other cleaning items. Beverly asks guests to bring these items in case the ones in the condo run out, and we did bring them, but we didn’t need them (we left them for the next guests).The condo has TVs in each BR and the living room, plus stereo and DVD player in the LR. Bring your fave DVDs or watch the classics that are there. I’ve reached the character limit here - would def. stay there again!

Beautiful property. 9th floor overlooking the beach. Watch the sunrise from the balcony in the morning.We were there befor Memorial Day so most of Sea Colony amenities were not open. However, there is lots to do in Bethany when not on the beach.Fantastic communication with host.We would definitely love to rent this again

We had an excellent experience at this condo! The close location to the beach was perfect. The communication with the host was smooth and prompt. They were very responsive and made sure all our needs were met. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. We would definitely return!

My wife, 10 year old and I usually rent a condo at Sea Colony for our week long summer vacation. We're so glad we chose this condo this year. The Owner was very easy to communicate with and the condo is exactly as shown / described in the listing. Its clean, all the appliances work perfectly, the tv, internet, etc. was great and the ocean view was beautiful. We hope to stay again next summer.

This reservation was for my son, his wife and 2 young children. It was a beautiful condo and ideal for them all. The host was exceptional in that she communicated with me about a month ahead of time with all the details, which I passed on to my son, so we weren't hit with it at the last minute. She was very thoughtful and considerate and it made our vacation stress-free.

We have stayed at Sea Colony many times but this was our first condo with a view and it was worth the extra $! Views were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and the condo was exactly as pictured. We had bad weather for part of the week but the condo was so comfortable that our teens did not mind staying in. We would stay again!

Everything from check-in to our last sunrise walk on the pristine beach was perfect. We barely saw a cloud let alone a rain drop. Condo was as advertised!
