Oceanfront St. Regis condo with resort pool, gym, arcade & beach access

Was a great place to stay. We had one problem but i was able to let the property manager know and they were able to get help for us. We would gladly stay here again.

We loved this location , the view from the room was the best we have ever experienced . The place was layout great with views from every room . We hope to come again next year

Highly disappointed with this condo, and all that was wrong with it. It's very outdated, broken blinds, broken sliding glass door, dirty carpet, mold on shower curtain. For the price paid, very disappointed

Condo was easily accessible with code provided. Air conditioner worked great. The property had some great amenities. However, with all of that said, the condo could definitely use some serious updating. Blinds in living room and middle bedroom did not work properly, sliding glass door in living room would not close properly, dirty dishes were left in dishwasher from previous stay, there was mold on the shower curtain in main bathroom, carpet was dirty, as for the cookware, the 2 frying pans in the condo, do not cook well, and both need replacing, ice maker did not work . I was fairly disappointed with this condo considering the amount charged for this condo. I hope all issues will be addressed for your future guest

This property is past its final run. I would never rent again. Too outdated, broken items everywhere, not very clean, not worth the price.

Overall we had a great time. St Regis has some great amenities such as Coffee Love, Arrr Pirate Bar, pool, pickle ball and access to the beach. Recent storms did a number on the beach though. It is not very wide. The condo itself has an amazing view but really needs a deep cleaning and some updates. The price reflected the condition. Overall a fine homebase for our time on the island.

So many down falls (Ran out of space typing) Positives - Location and view is great! The end unit layout is nicer than the other non-end unit 3 bedrooms at St Regis. The living room is bigger and the ocean view in each room is great. Negatives: Cleanliness - There was cookies and trash under the couch when lifting the recliner seat on the end, trash to include a female sanitary napkin behind headboard of the queen bed in secondary room, trash behind the headboard of each bed, behind the dressers, the walls had thick dust and dead bugs in master bathroom, water and stains on the walls, the master bedroom had the odor of urine, bed mattresses had many body fluid stains, inside the closet by the front door was a towel found at the bottom of the floor and it was full of sand, and cleaning supplies left behind in the secondary bathroom by cleaning crew. Unit Arrangement and Broken items- VERY outdated! None of the light switch plates, electric socket plates were on straight, walls need painted and have marks, scars, holes and different colors (from old repairs I’m guessing). The towel rack in master bathroom was broken and only pushed together to hold towels until pulled on the first time and they all fell down. Secondary room closet had the racks to hang and put things on all broken off and laying on the floor in the closet. One of the light in the kitchen didn’t even have a bulb in it. The refrigerator had a broken handle. Every room with the shades was broken

It’s a nice corner unit with a bigger balcony and great view of the beach. The previous reviews about it being outdated were accurate, but it was priced to reflect that when we rented. Solidly below other 3BR units. Beds could use updating, but the master BR was very comfortable - no issues for us. Overall - I would recommend renting it if they keep the pricing adjusted for some of the dated amenities and decor.
