Stayed Oct 12, 2024The room was clean however, the furniture in the living room is very much outdated not comfortable. The picture quality on both TVs was not good. The iron did not work. The bathroom itself is very small. The kitchen is minimally stocked. There were only two good coffee mugs they have minimal cooking utensils. Also want to comment on the difficulty of accessing the beach.This condo is on the ocean, however to get to the beach, you have to go through a tidal pool, which in some areas were up to our knees and in some areas even higher! You need to drive down to East Beach, which is a lovely beach but again if you wanna walk directly out to the beach, you can’t do it here . The property grounds were well taken care of very nice pool area .We were close to restaurants shops in beautiful East Beach. We truly loved Saint Simons Island. We planned to return, but we will not be staying here.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024It was a basic one bedroom condo. The sleeper sofa bed was absolutely terrible. The location was great and they even had live music at the pool on Sunday.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024Great place! Great pool, beach access, and walking distance to town. There’s lots to do and June is a beautiful time to go. Highly recommend the facility. Lots of families with young kids and kind people! :)

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Very small condo. Bathroom towel rack fell off, toilet seat broken, shower control loose, only gave you 2 towels and was told to wash them. Advertised Wi-Fi but was seldom available. Parking spots very small. If you own a suv, you had to park outside to be able to get out of your vehicle. Will not go back.

Stayed May 20, 2022It’s a great property, perfectly located on East Beach and convenient to everything you need on the Island. It’s quiet (or at least it was during my stay) and peaceful. In my particular unit, the WiFi was intermittent and could be stronger, otherwise, a great experience.
