Property clean. Very accommodating.

Unit was clean and well stocked exactly like advertised. Location was top notch and unit and the entire complex is well managed and clean. You can't beat the location or ambience of this location. The people and staff you meet make the trip memorable.

The location was perfect, the ocean was steps away! The condo was clean and had everything we needed with updated appliances. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Accessible to everything we love - the beach, activities; excellent amenities (grill, beach-front lounging, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, perfectly stocked kitchen; modern aesthetic with a beach theme; everything was pristine and exactly as pictured in the listing; we especially loved drinking coffee on the lanai watching the morning waves

The one full day we had the ocean smelled bad so we went to another beach.

Return trip to Maui. Kihei was a wonderful location and Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums had everything we wanted! Amazing property and our Condo B11 was exactly as listed! The people (owners) were genuine and the staff was helpful! Great area, peaceful beach and lovely area to relax!

The recent remodel was very well done and simply beautiful.The overall complex is friendly, comfortable, clean and the grounds are gorgeous. Especially the walkway for the lower units. Everything is well maintained. As always, the staff at Kihei Sands are truly remarkable people. They are kind, caring and extremely helpful in making your stay a pleasant and memorable experience.We love coming to Maui and staying at Kihea Sands for the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, the amazing people and the central location of the complex.We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kihei Sands! We definitely would stay again.

We stayed for a few nights while adventuring around Maui and then headed to Lanai. It was a great spot and we will definitely be coming back! All the amenities, close grocery, small community with the “regulars,” and right on the beach. It was perfect!

We had an amazing time spending quality time together, Having the wonderful opportunity of experiencing Gods beauty. It was a blessed trip and we enjoyed where we stayed.

This condo was immaculate, well equipt and wonderfully remodeled. Looking forward to coming back.

Perfect mix of togetherness and privacy provided by renting several units, walk to the wedding, walk down the beach to Sugar Beach Bake Shop. B11 is clean, comfortable, well furnished and very nicely updated. The separate enclosed bedrooms were ideal for us. The beach is beautiful, clean, and ideal for long walks and little kid sand castles, sparkling pool a nice alternative to the surf. Hope to return here again.
