Oceanfront renovated condo on the beach in Sunny isles. Gorgeous ocean view.

The stove did not work, so I could not cook. had to leave yearly.

Condo was not clean upon our arrival, I went and bought a mop to mop floors. It was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook though. Bed was comfortable. Could use some updating and a deep down clean and paint. Ceiling was stained. The complex itself was under construction. Staff seemed stressed or maybe just down right rude. Lady giving towels at pool was so unkind and rude every time!!! she just made the whole experience to the pool stressful. Pool closed most days by 7 making it difficult because you could t get back into complex from beach unless you walked through park and around building to get in. Beach was over crowded our whole stay. Washer and dryers were broken most of the time we were there. Even after they called company to fix them over half was out of order. Marc was very easy to deal with and very kind through our booking process no complaints there.

We loved the condo that we stayed, for our Christmas break, New Year. Location was excellent. Close to walking grocery store. Condo, unit was excellent with amazing view of the ocean, and the city. We recommend this unit for all and looking forward of coming back here again. Thank you Mark!!!

Greatly located Beautiful view Confortable and well Equiped room

The owner was easy to work with and responded timely and with understanding to our questions, comments and concerns. The view was very nice and the room was comfortable.

Outstanding balcony ocean view. Awake to each am. Night views brilliant. Small eateries in building. Need car for fancier restaurants. Large pool and great access to the beach..
