Owner communication was quick and helpful! Great quiet condo with lots of room. Great kitchen that has every appliance or utensil you could need. Beautiful harbor with amazing sunset views. A great private escape or family vacation spot. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Communication was wonderful! The beach was disappointing, but the pool was nice, it was quiet and we had everything we needed in the kitchen (including a water filter) and the bathrooms. It was a great value for the money.

Excellent communication with host, one of the most well equipped rentals we have ever stayed in. Super location for a weekend in Largo.

The location and amenities were fantastic. Being so close to local dining, and attractions made the experience a breeze. Check in was easy and parking was convenient. Ken is a great host and earns 5 stars with ease

Beautiful condo. We had a great stay.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. It had a lovely fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Perfect size for four people and our dog. The salt water lagoon is wonderful and the rest of property is great too. Loved riding around with our rented golf cart. It’s our second time at the Kawana Yacht Club, first time in this unit and we were very happy with it. Ken was great and quickly answered all of my questions.

Great property with easy access to so many fun places! We have a family of 6, and this condo housed all of us easily. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, appliances... everything you'd need for virtually any home cooked meal. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy. It served as a perfect home base while we enjoyed the Keys.The property has pools, a large lagoon for swimming & kayaking, tennis courts and a private beach with a jetty. The beach honestly was a miss simply because of the algae, but still a fun spot.Checkin was simple and the owner was very communicative and provided plenty of info and instructions. Thank you, Ken!! I hope we get to stay again in the future!!

The property is beautiful and well worth the stay. The Lagoon is excellent for snorkeling and swimming with the fish. We spent a lot of time there. The pool nearest the main tower is also very nice. We had a great stay!!!

Location was very convenient; the condo was clean and spacious....the host was fabulous! In fact, the host gave great directions, answered my questions within an hour or less. Thank you Ken appreciate the communication, directions and suggestions!

Once we arrived, we were surprised by how large the condo was, plenty of space for a family! The whole place is well appointed with almost new appliances and lots of linens / towels. We appreciated that it was sparkling clean as well. The host recently purchased a large outdoor george foreman electric grill that's on the balcony, and it was perfect for grilling up some steaks if you don't want to venture over to the shared grilling area. We immediately headed to the pool, which was nicely heated for our early spring trip. After soaking for a bit, our 4 year old convinced us to go check out the beach area where we relaxed with a drink in the cute tiki huts, and looked at the cool hermit crabs and other critters in the crystal clear water. It was a wonderful relaxing weekend, and we look forward to returning soon.

We had an amazing Spring Break vacation at Kawama! The unit was perfect for our family of four. Vet well appointed with everything we could ever need. The property is great! The lagoon is amazing! And the host, Ken, was the cherry on top! He was prompt at responding, very kind and provided plenty of detail so our trip was seamless! 10/10

Great space. Very clean and comfortable. The instructions were perfect. I would absolutely stay here again as well as recommend it to friends.

Best equipped condo ever, also nice firm mattresses. The only little glitch, was getting the keys out of the lock box. This could be replaced! We would love to stay here again!

There was only 1 roll of TP in each bathroom. Not much soap. No shampoos. The paper towels ran out. The dishwasher soap almost ran out. We ran out of trash bags. Almost ran out of dish soap and aluminum foil. When staying somewhere you expect there to be these kinds of items, items that you'll only use a few of and don't want to have to go and buy a whole pack of. There were 5 of us and only 4 bath towels. There's a closet full of towels but they are all old and stained. There were only 2 extra pillows and one was very stained and worn out so I wasn't going to use that one. The couches were OK, not nicely comfortable but I've have had much worse before. It was mostly clean. Some spots on walls and a booger on the light switch in the guest room. Not sure how the maid missed that one. Also, the owner says there is limited time for the maid to cleanup so asks the guests to clean up a lot. Lots of VRBO owners do this, and it irritates me, they charge a big cleaning fee and then also expect you to do a lot of the cleanup. I was raised to cleanup after myself so I do it anyway but to charge me a large cleanup fee and then tell me to clean up just feels wrong. And other VRBOs I have stayed at have extra towels in the closet so that the next guest has clean towels without having to wait on the maid. They did have lots of dishes available which was good but there was very little Tupperware and none of the lids matched what was there so storing food was a challenge.

Kwama was a nice place to spend a long weekend. The property facilities are a bit outdated and not as clean as we would have liked but the location was good and we enjoyed our time there visiting the sites. Pools and beach area are nice and the grounds were well maintained. Could use some nicer chaises in the pool area. Good place to stay for families. Area was safe to walk or ride bikes and the fish lagoon was very cool. Lots of pretty fish and very peaceful.

Father and Son fishing trip - great locations, property described just as it was, and a great complex. Would highly recommend.

Great stay! As pictured/advertised, enjoyed nearby activities such as kayaking, beach, parasailing and Theater of the sea … we enjoyed the pools open to us with our stay and local restaurants.

The home we stayed in was very roomy and decorated with a beachy vibe which we really liked. It had any kitchen doo -dad you could think of as well as very comfy beds and plenty of closet and drawer space.

Property was clean and well kept and we had everything we needed for the stay. The resort also had plenty of things to do as well and Key Largo is beautiful.

We spent four nights in the key largo area for diving. Location was perfect for food and dive shop! Property was nice and very clean. We especially loved the chance to take in BOTH the sunsets and sunrises- ah-mazing! Ken was very helpful leading up to our trip with info updates and suggestions. Great trip!! Thank you!

Place was great. Location perfect for our needs. We were there for a wedding which was a 5 minute Uber ride. Very spacious and clean. There was an issue with construction which owners responded to our concerns right away.

We had an Awesome stay, even though Helene was coming. It’s private enough for a peaceful vacation and yet close enough to town for shopping, groceries and dining. The pool is a short walk away and very nice. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The elevator makes it so much easier getting your stuff upstairs. The owner was very nice and made sure we were ok during the storm. Great communication! We will definitely go back.

Owner was very responsive to questions. Kitchen had everything. Loved sitting on the balcony and will definitely be back.

Host Ken was fantastic and has a great place that we would most certainly stay at again. Communication was prompt and helpful. Loved the Place and loved Key Largo.

We spent four nights in this lovely condo. The grounds were all kept, plenty of parking and guard gated. Would recommend especially if you need to avoid stairs as many of the units in this community are townhouses with a second story. Ken the owner was available for questions and quick to respond. Don;t miss the Tiki sunset cruise located close by behind Snooks restaurant !

Our stay was fabulous! The property met our needs and was just as it was advertised. The property owner was attentive and quick to respond to our questions. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous and the location was perfect for all of our adventures.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation, and it's due mostly to the location and the actual property itself. Conveniently located to everything, this property is exactly as advertised and more! We would not hesitate to stay here again. It was extremely comfortable, and we felt very welcomed.

Nice & relaxing

We have visited Key Largo 3 times for dolphin assisted therapy at Island Dolphin Care. Each time we have chosen to lodge at Kawama due to the proximity to IDC. Our last 2 stays were at Ken's home. The home is beautiful, well kept and clean. Ken has always been very helpful and prompt to respond. This home has an amazing kitchen which is better stocked than one of a professional chef. This will always be our go to spot on Key Largo!
